The museum M. K. Čiurlionis was founded in 1963 in the home of the artist and parents, and in which he lived sporadically from 1890 to 1910. Authentic living atmosphere of the artists family is restored in two little houses of Čiurlioniai family, expositions reflecting painter and composer M. K. Čiurlionis (1875 1911) creative work, biography and family life is arranged in the other two buildings. Museum keeps contemporary painters collections of works devoted to M. K. Čiurlionis. Opening hours: Tuesday Sunday 11.00 AM 5.00 PM Druskininkai Museum of Resistance and Relics of Deportations ranks as one of the best museums in Lithuania focusing on the Soviet occupation period. The Museum includes exposition related with deportations and resistance and a memorial room dedicated for A. Dambrauskas, a famous cultural character. Opening hours: Wednesday Sunday 1.00 PM 5.00 PM The Museum of Druskininkai Town. The representational villa Linksma build in the beginning of 20th century, where the Town Museum is located, is a beautiful architectural monument located on the shores of the Druskonis lake, in the centre of the town. Since 2001, the museum ha a permanent exposition, hosts events, shows, chamber music concerts and lectures. During the holiday season, the museum terrace hosts the traditional concerts Serenades of Druskininkai ( Druskininkų serenados ) and other town events. Opening hours: Monday Saturday 11.00 AM 5.00 PM Grūto parkas The Park of Soviet Sculptures. Unique open-air exhibition in the shade of fir and pine trees. The exhibition offers soviet monuments collected from various locations in Lithuania. Such a great collection of ideological sculptures is unique worldwide. This is a heritage of the Lithuanian monuments of a few decades. Idols and symbols imposed by the soviet regime on the Lithuanian nation reveal historic truth on the soviet occupation period in Lithuania. Skulpture and leisure park of A. Česnulis. At a distance of 3 km from Druskininkai, there is Naujasodė village, a place where a folk artist and wood carver Antanas Česnulis has lived for over 30 years. His country house at a picturesque Ratnyčėlė stream is an open air museum of wood carvings. At the entrance the visitors may explore a four storey windmill displaying the wood carver s works. Opening hours: In winter 9.00 AM 5.00 PM, in summer 9.00 AM 8.00 PM The Gallery of K. Jonynas. The gallery was founded in 1993 m. The gallery exhibits the works of the Lithuanian artist Vytautas Kazimieras Jonynas (1907 1997), who worked for a long time in Germany and the USA, his drawings, graphics, paintings and stained-glass projects. Photographs and films show the most valuable interiors of churches and works of monumental architecture created by the artist. Opening hours: Tuesday Sunday 11.00 AM 5.00 PM Gallery Sofa. The Gallery annually holds 15 exhibitions of the works by the artists from Druskininkai, Lithuania and foreign countries. In addition to exhibitions, the Gallery organizes open air sessions, projects, renders advertisement design, interior design, printing, picture framing and e-solution services. Opening hours: Monday 8.00 AM 5.00 PM. On other weekdays 8.00 AM 7.00 PM. Saturdays 11.00 AM 5.00 PM. Girios Aidas forest museum. Oak hall, birch hall, fir hall and pine hall of the museum display exhibitions of art works in the background of voices of forest birds.the museum has its own library. Wood carvings, smith works, ceramics, amber works are displayed in an original atmosphere. Professional artists, folk artists from all over Lithuania organize regional workshops and creative camps here. Opening hours: Wednesday Sunday 10.00 AM 6.00 PM The Small Gallery. The Gallery organizes the exhibitions and open air sessions of the artists group 3X and exhibits the pieces of modern art by the local and foreign artists. Opening hours: Wednesday Sunday 12.00 PM 4.00 PM Folk Handicraft Museum. The Museum is hosted by the Storo Romo homestead. The Museum comprises over 30 sculptures and present ancient Lithuanian handicraft.

Grūtas Park is situated on a 20 ha area, exhibiting 86 works by 46 uthors. Such a large concentration of monuments and sculptures of ideological content in a single out-door exposition is a rare and maybe even unique phenomenon in the world.
