After placing the call, the hotel shuttle will pick you up curbside at the airport arrivals area. For departures, the hotel shuttle departs from the hotel lobby hourly, at 15 minutes past the hour; advance reservations are required. Taxi The Hyatt Regency Monterey is located about 1.5 miles from Monterey Peninsula Airport. Multiple taxicab companies serve the airport; a taxi coordinator is onsite to assist you with your taxi transportation needs. No reservations are needed. Taxi fare is approximately $12.00 plus gratuity, and the trip takes about five minutes. Rental Car Six rental car companies currently offer rental car services at Monterey Peninsula Airport. Visa Information Visa Waiver Countries: Visa waiver travelers from all 27 Visa Waiver Program countries must present either a machine-readable passport or a U.S.Visa. HOTEL AND REGISTRATION Conference Location The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Monterey, located at 1 Old Golf Course Road, Monterey, CA 93940. Government Rates: A limited number of government rate rooms are available at the prevailing government per diem rate of $142.00 per night for single/double occupancy. Failure to provide these validations at checkin will result in your reservation being honored at the group rate.
