CONTRACT NEWS & UPDATES PRICE INCREASE FOR OFS AND FIRST OFFICE BRANDS February 15, 2015 A price increase has been approved for OFS and First Office products, to coincide with our commercial price increase. The effective date of this change is March 1, 2015. PRODUCT FLYERS ADDED TO WEBSITE February 5, 2015 OFS Brands is pleased to introduce our award winning seating designs to Federal Agencies and has created a product flyer featuring selections from our Public Spaces and Stacking, Dining & Multi-Purpose Seating offerings. This flyer is published on our website under the GSA Product Flyer tab. In addition, we have introduced our Carolina Healthcare and Modular Casework products to the Department of Defense and VA Healthcare Facilities. A flyer featuring selections from our Carolina Public Spaces and Patient Spaces offerings is now published on our website under the Dept of Defense and VA Flyer Carolina tab. NEW REGIONAL GOVERNMENT SALES MANAGER January 1, 2015 We re excited to announce the addition of Melissa Steele to our OFS Brands team as Manager of Government Sales West. Melissa has 17 years of experience in Government sales and will be tasked with growing our Government business in the Western Region, focused primarily on VA opportunities. NEW OFS BRANDS PRODUCTS ADDED TO CONTRACT December 18, 2014 We re excited to announce that our OFS Re: product line has been added to contract under Modification 145. Re: is offered at the same discount structure as our First Office STAKS and OFS Eleven Workspace products, under SIN 711-1. Also added under this Modification is the Loewenstein Bendz table, which was introduced at Neocon in June. MORE PRODUCTS ADDED TO CONTRACT November 20, 2014 13 additional product lines have been added to contract under Modification 144. We now have approximately 98% of all OFS, First Office, Carolina and Loewenstein items on GSA Schedule. This most recent Modification includes: Loewenstein Hinchada, Beck Credenza, Cinque Swivel, Mirto, Sills, Edge, Salome, and Scope; Carolina Boa, Galera, and Stacker Dolly; First Office Applause Height Adjustable Tables and Knack. PRICE INCREASE APPROVED FOR LOEWENSTEIN BRAND October 1, 2014 A price increase has been approved for Loewenstein to coincide with our commercial price increase. The effective date of this change is October 1, 2014.

The product lines added for this SIN are the OFS Noble Guest Chair, the First Office Yaz Bar Stools [Arm and Armless], the Loewenstein Lauderdale and Pompano Booth Seating, and the Carolina Cinch Dining Chair [Arm and Armless]. These price lists, which include the contract terms and conditions, can be downloaded directly from the site; we will not be providing printed hardcopies. The price lists will be updated as changes occur. PRICE INCREASE APPROVED FOR FIRST OFFICE BRAND May 30, 2014 Under Mod # PS-0139, a price increase of 3.5% was approved for First Office to coincide with our commercial price increase. The effective date of this increase will be July 1, 2014. ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS NOW ON CONTRACT May 8, 2014 In an effort to continue growing our Federal Government business, significant product additions have been made to our contract. For OFS and First Office, we ve added Sebree Tables, Eleven Collaborative and Workspace, and a number of Loveseats and Sofas on series which previously included only chairs. For Carolina, we ve added the Senso casegoods and Rule of Three seating lines, as well as broadening the product offering for 5 of our Seating lines. For Loewenstein, we ve added the Caprice and Juga seating products. ADDED DISCOUNT SUMMARY PAGE TO WEBSITE April 28, 2014 We ve added a new link to our www.ofsbrands.com/gsa website, titled GSA Discount Summary, which is a 1-page summary of discounts for each Brand. This can be used as a hand-out for dealers and will make it even easier to them to quote our products on their GSA projects.
NEW GSA CONTRACT ANNOUNCEMENT April 15, 2014 We re very excited to announce the completed negotiation of our 4-1/2 year contract, with the terms and conditions effective April 8, 2014. The expiration date is September 2, 2018. We ve simplified the discount structure; now have the same discounts for OFS, First Office and Carolina; implemented new price lists to correspond to our commercial price books; and eliminated the 1% Fuel Surcharge. PRODUCTS ADDED TO CONTRACT March 25, 2014 Effective March 25, 2014 the Carolina Logique and Theater Casegoods and the Mile Marker product line have been added to the existing contract by Modification. The Senso Casegoods will be added within the next 45 60 days. CONTRACT EXTENDED March 6, 2014 Effective March 6, 2014 the terms and conditions of our existing contract have been extended through April 7, 2014. We anticipate having our new contract in place effective April 8 th. CONTRACT EXTENDED February 3, 2014 Effective February 1, 2014 the terms and conditions of our existing contract have been extended through March 7, 2014. We are continuing our negotiations with GSA and anticipate having our new contract in place within 30 days. NEW DIRECTOR OF GOVERNMENT SALES January 1, 2014 Effective January 6, 2014 Steve Robinson will be our Director of Government Sales. Steve has over 25 years of experience in government sales and we re very excited to have him join our OFS Brands team. Steve will be located in our Washington, DC office. CONTRACT EXTENDED December 24, 2013 Effective December 24, 2013 the terms and conditions of our existing contract have been extended through January 31, 2014. PRODUCTS ADDED & CONTRACT EXTENDED November 21, 2013 Effective November 21, Carolina Voyage products have been added to contract. The contract expiration date has been extended to December 23, 2013.
