THREE LEVELS OF AIRSPASE MANAGEMENT IN KRAINE ASM Level Strategic (State Aviation Administration): airspace structure approval; establishment of airspace management rules and procedures; establishment of airspace management rules and procedures for civil-military co-ordination; establishment of airspace use priority rules; monitoring of airspace management rules and procedures accomplishment. ASM Level Pre-tactical (kraerocentre, ): daily airspace allocation between all airspace users on temporary basis in accordance with airspace management procedures and priority rules, established at ASM Level ; Airspace se Plan (AP) compilation and dissemination.
