Complete Cruise Solution Academy Reminders How to ensure you re recognised when due to travel on board P&O Cruises, Cunard or Princess Cruises. To receive the correct Academy loyalty benefits as part of your rewards once you have achieved Staff or above when travelling on board one of our Complete Cruise Solution cruise lines, please ensure you contact the Complete Cruise Solution Academy team by email at least 7 working days before your departure date. Contact the team on: ccs.academy@completecruisesolution.com And include the following details: Your Academy member number (CCN), your full name, your ABTA number and your cruise booking reference. Once the Complete Cruise Solution Academy team receive these details they will confirm that the correct loyalty benefits have been applied to your booking.
