You can contact us Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm and on Saturday and Sunday event days three hours prior to the start of the event. Ticketmaster can be contacted on 136 100. Member Details We d love you to keep your member details up to date so you don t miss out on anything. To check or update your details log into your e-ticketing account or contact us on 1300 362 188 or email centrewing@etihadstadium.com.au. Membership Administrator Each membership has the ability to nominate one Administrator to manage the membership, change details and receive regular email bulletins. To add or change an Administrator please email centrewing@etihadstadium.com.au, providing a membership number, company name, address, phone number and email address.

6 PLATINUM & GOLD MEMBERSHIP TICKET INFORMATION E-ticketing Season and car park tickets, where applicable, will be uploaded to your e-ticketing account for distribution prior to the 2016 AFL Home and Away Season. Simply log in to your account and choose to either print or transfer tickets to clients, friends, staff or family. Membership Card Your 2016 Membership Card is to be used to purchase visitor tickets into the MCC Reserve at the MCG. For further information on the MCC Reciprocal Rights Arrangement please refer to page 11. Guest Tickets Centre Wing guest tickets may be purchased by Members for all AFL home and away matches played at Etihad Stadium, subject to availability. Guest tickets cannot be guaranteed next to your Member seats as it depends on availability. Should you need your guest seats to be placed alongside your Member seats please call 1300 362 188. 7 PLATINUM & GOLD MEMBERSHIP TICKET INFORMATION Lost Event Tickets Please keep your event tickets in a secure place. If tickets are lost or stolen please notify the Member Services Team on 1300 362 188 or email centrewing@etihadstadium.com.au by 3pm the Friday prior to the event and we will arrange for replacement tickets. Please note that if tickets are reported lost or stolen, the barcodes will be cancelled and will not scan into the Stadium. Members may also proceed to the Customer Service window on event day for assistance with lost/stolen tickets. Event day assistance is located on the concourse opposite Gate 2. Lost your card? In the event that your membership card has been lost or stolen please contact the Member Services Team on 1300 362 188 or email centrewing@etihadstadium.com.au Centre Wing Charge Card As an additional benefit of being a Member, we ve given you a Charge Card so you can eat and drink on us. This card is fully transferable and has been loaded with $50, which you can spend in the Social Club, Arena View Restaurant or the Locker Room Café. To apply for an extra Centre Wing Charge Card or to top up your existing card download the application form from the Centre Wing website.

8 SILVER MEMBERSHIP TICKET INFORMATION Membership Card Your membership card can be used to purchase Centre Wing tickets to Etihad Stadium and visitor tickets to the MCC Reserve at the MCG. For further information on the MCC Reciprocal Rights arrangement please refer to page 11. Tickets are available for purchase from Wednesday three weeks prior to the designated AFL game. When purchasing through Ticketmaster, please ensure that the purchase request is specified as a Centre Wing Member ticket. 9 SILVER MEMBERSHIP TICKET INFORMATION Guest Tickets Members may purchase guest passes as per seats held per membership for AFL home and away matches at Etihad Stadium. All guest tickets are strictly subject to availability and are allocated on a first-in basis until sold out. 2016 Guest Ticket Prices: Adult Guest Ticket $65.00 Junior Guest Ticket $23.00 (2-14 years) Prices are valid for 2016 and exclude any Ticketmaster transaction fees where applicable. 10 RESTAURANTS AND BARS The Social Club The Social Club is the bar dedicated to our Centre Wing Members. It is located on Level 2 directly behind Aisle 37 seating. With commanding views towards the city, the bar offers a range of premium beverages, hot drinks and snack foods for purchase. For admission to the Members Bar, please present a valid Centre Wing event ticket. Membership cards are not accepted. Arena View Restaurant The Arena View Restaurant offers an excellent range of meals and beverages to suit everyone. Located on Level 2 within the Livewire Entertainment Precinct, the restaurant boasts premium views over the playing arena. Centre Wing membership entitles you to pre-book a table at the restaurant for all AFL matches. Window table requests for the Arena View may be placed and will be fulfilled where possible. Bookings can be made by contacting the Member Services Team on 1300 362 188. Please note that tables will be held for 30 minutes and then offered to walk-up diners. Centre Wing Charge Cards An alternative to cash or credit card, Charge Card is a debit card that is transferable and can be given to clients or guests for use on event day. Deposit a predetermined amount from $50 to $1000 on your Charge Card and each time the card is used the transaction will be debited from your account. Charge Cards are perfect for entertaining or as a staff reward and can be topped up. Charge Cards can be used in the Social Club, Arena View Restaurant or the Locker Room Cafe. 11 ADDITIONAL BENEFITS MCC Reciprocal Rights We are pleased to advise the continuation of the MCC Reciprocal Rights Arrangement between Centre Wing and MCC Memberships. Centre Wing Members are permitted to purchase one (1) visitor ticket per membership card, to unreserved seating in the MCC Members Reserve for home and away matches at the MCG during the 2016 AFL Premiership Season, subject to availability. There are no access rights for AFL finals matches. Centre Wing Members and guests may access walk-up dining and bar facilities (excluding the Long Room, Members Dining Room and Frank Grey Smith Bar), along with all food courts and take-away outlets in the MCC Members Reserve. Please note there is no pre-booking entitlement for restaurants. How to Purchase Visitor Tickets All tickets for the MCG are sold via Ticketek. There are four ways to purchase MCC Visitor tickets: Internet: www.ticketek.com.au Phone: 132 849 From a Ticketek outlet in person On Match Day from Gate 2 of the MCG, subject to availability When purchasing MCC Visitor tickets, Centre Wing Members must quote or present the valid 12-digit barcode number on the back of their membership card/s. Access to the 2016 Toyota AFL Grand Final Always wanted to go to an AFL Grand Final? Well here s your chance! Platinum Members are guaranteed the right to purchase a Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket at face value. Gold Members have the opportunity to purchase a Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket at face value, if your pre-nominated team qualifies.
