All fares are subject to availability, seasonality, upgrades and charges will apply. All quotes are subject to schedule change and price fluctuation until the seats are held, confirmed and deposited against. Please note all taxes are subject to fluctuate daily and fares will be recalculated at time of issue for the updated tax fares. Any increase in tax fares will be paid by the client in accordance with these terms and conditions. AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS Changes are permitted and any additional charges will be assessed at time of change. Cancellations are permitted at a cost from $180 per person Amendment fees apply to all bookings from $50 per person. Please be aware that changes require a minimum of 24 hours notice. In addition certain change/cancellation policies may be imposed by airlines/wholesalers. If you wish to cancel or amend all or part of your tour you should advise us in writing (by letter, email or fax) as soon as possible. A cancellation or amendment is effective only when received in writing by the company from the group contact who signed the booking form. Any new person added to the booking must provide a signed acknowledgement. PLEASE NOTE: If any cancellation reduces the number of paying group members below the minimum number required for a particular tour price or concession (including free places), the invoice will be adjusted accordingly for all remaining group members.
