IFFT/Interior Lifestyle Living 2013 SIGN About IFFT/Interior Lifestyle Living The first IFFT/Interior Lifestyle Living took place in 2008, combining IFFT(International Furniture Fair Tokyo) with the concept of Interior Lifestyle Tokyo, as the leading trade fair for the Japanese high-end interior market. IFFT/Interior Lifestyle Living is also a sister fair of Interior Lifestyle Tokyo held in June, which is based on Messe Frankfurt s largest international consumer goods fair Ambiente and international fair Heimtextil. The best business opportunity of the season! Tokyo gets more energized in autumn as many design events are held from the end of October to the beginning of November across the city. Compared to other fairs, IFFT/Interior Lifestyle Living is the number one business-oriented trade fair aiming to create effective opportunities for exhibitors and visitors throughout the world. 03

Produced by the architect Keiji Ashizawa, the zone offers new business styles suited for reformation and lifestyle editing. It also provided the unique showcase Material Park, set within the area where renowned designers and architects generated inspiring ideas, by presenting the potential of material resources last year. *Please contact the fair organiser for more details on this special zone. 1 HOME Presenting furniture, lighting, textiles and decorative flower items. Exhibits from such domestic furniture-making regions as Hokkaido, Shizuoka, and Tokushima are some of the highlights of this exhibition. Designer furniture from France and Italy, and brands targeted to the casual market were exhibited at 2012. 2 KITCHEN LIFE This zone offers foodrelated stylish products from dishes to kitchen tools. It is a wide array of origin-specific products that present new opportunities for these associated regions, and introduces new styles of dining to Japan. 3 EVERYDAY A look at new designs for storage, household appliances and cleaning tools. This zone focuses on everyday household supplies with unique designs for an increasingly affluent and global market. 04
IFFT/Interior Lifestyle Living 2013 Organiser International Development Association of the Furniture Industry of Japan (IDAFIJ) Mesago Messe Frankfurt Corp. 4 ACCENT 5 GLOBAL Scent, art, stationery, or gift items that cross category boundaries add personality to sales departments. This zone specialises in products that offer an extra touch to highlight distinction. A high-quality range of lifestyle products from around the world. This zone welcomed several Scandinavian companies last year that were featured within the special area Nordic Lifestyle. More international brands are welcome to the fair. 6 MOVEMENT Premium zone(screening required) This premium zone features the latest designs and popular design products. Critically-acclaimed new works from such famous designers as Mikiya Kobayashi and Konstantin Grcic were showcased here last year. 7 Showcasing Japanese aesthetic design and manufacturing, this zone invites companies who wish to expand their brand worldwide through exhibiting at Ambiente, the world's biggest consumer fair, held in Frankfurt.
