Procedure If you are intending to go on this trip, fill in the application form and submit to the front office by Friday 21 April Eligible students will receive a letter from the College detailing the deposit payment The non-refundable deposit ($750 for Italy/France Trip, $500 for Japan Trip) will be required to secure your place on the trip Procedure Minimum number of students for the trip to go ahead 15 students (Italy Trip) 5 students (France Trip) 10 students (Japan Trip) Final payment needs to be paid by November 2017 (Italy/France Trip) March 2018 (Japan Trip) Host Family Opportunity Term 3 2017 for 10 weeks 21 Japanese students from Seishu High School 6 Italian students from Istituto Tirinnanzi 6
