This roof can be opened up partially or completely for an optimal incoming sunlight. Unfolded, it guarantees perfect sun shading. The 4 invisibly integrated rain gutters take care of water drainage perfectly. Optional ZIP screens, which are discretely integrated within the frame, provides a wind resistant shelter against sun, wind and rain. All this specific features create a flexible outdoor space, where you can relax from spring till autumn in a cosy atmosphere. Also, you don t loose any sunlight in the living room thanks to the sliding cover which can be opened completely. QUALITY TIME WITH OUR GRANDCHILDS Last weekend, our daughter Lotte came by with a surprise: baby socks. Jan will be granddad in a meanwhile, and so will sleep together with a granny. Fortunately, we have all the time now to enjoy quality time with our grandchilds. FEATURES Elegant outdoor design, no disturbing elements such as screws The B-500 Outdoor Living is a lean-to pergola with an inclined PVC roof. The roof, made of waterproof and sunshading PVC, can be opened completely to enjoy from reduced incoming sunlight in the adjoining living room or, on the other hand, provide enough shadow when it s unfolded completely. The frontal rain gutter is responsible for the water drainage. The B-500 can be finished completely with screens, frontal and even lateral. Optional LED lighting can be integrated in the horizontal fabric profiles. The folded PVC roof is covered by a protection profile, as it does with the B-300. An extra strong, white, block-out PVC fabric (850gr) exists from 3 layers and is fire resistant class M2. The bottom of the fabric is slightly textured. The roof resists wind speeds up to 100km/h. The minimum roof inclination of the B-500 is 9 (15cm/m). BRUSTOR ODL Options & Technical information BRUSTOR warranty 5 year An Outdoor Living is high qualitive, aluminium, automatic sun shading system with a precise mechanism. This construction is particularly waterproof, but a complete waterproofness is not guaranteed. The construction and the aluminium louvers resist wind speeds up to 160km/h and have been CSTB tested. The included warranty certificate contains more technical information and tips to enjoy many years of the BRUSTOR products. The BRUSTOR products have a warranty period of 5 years. Somfy transmitter included Screens Depending from the type, it s possible to integrate the ZIPscreens almost invisibly. Optionally, they can even be mounted onto the frame afterwards (B-150). Brustor can deliver windproof (ZIP) screens up to length 6m, thanks to a very strong rollertube, with a section of 10cm. The screens can be equipped with transparent and windproof cristal windows (height 1,21m) in transparent PVC. The transparent windows are finished with 20cm of screen fabric on the sides (see picture). The windows increase the visual comfort and reinforce the veranda feeling. The transparent PVC is treated specially to be less sensible for shrink or enlargement in case of extreme temperatures. All Brustor products are CE wind class 2 proved according to the European standard EN 13561. Even the Outdoor Living screens, in lower situation, are proved according to this standard. In case of wind speeds above 38 km/h (5BF), this pvc screens need to be rolled up completely. There is a matching transmitter according to the desired number of commands, from just 1 to even 16 channels The louver roof, the screens, the lighting and the electric heater can be operated easily with just one transmitter. Rain and snow sensor The optional rain sensor detects the first rain drops and closes automatically the roof. Very useful when you re away from home. A new security opens the louvers 10 whenever temperature drops below +- 2. This prevents irreparable dammage to the rubbers or motor. In case of rain under 2 (snow), the sensor opens the louvers completely (90 ) to avoid the snow to pile up and in this way, to prevent damage and pressure. Patio heater Powerful 2.000W patio heater (IP65) for fresher evenings. Multiple patio heaters can be combined for just one module. Available with a standard or dimmable RTS receiver for operation with Telis RTS transmitter. The dimmable version can adjust the patio heater on 100%, 80% of 66% of the total capacity. In black, anodised or white. LED lighting The Outdoor Living can be equipped, optionally, with powerfull, white LED lighting. These LED strips can be mounted in the louvers as well as in the frame, and are operated with the same transmitter as used for the roof and the screens. Beside the white LED lighting, we also have the RGB LED lighting, which is possible in the frame and XL louvers. Intensity and colour can be chosen when using this type of lighting. P14 BRUSTOR
Overview Standard or RAL colour The Outdoor Living is standard available in 2 standard colours: RAL 7016 anthracite grey textured and Brustor white textured. It s even possible to order the frame and louvers in a different colour. More than 200 other RAL colours are available in option. Lean-to, stand alone and/or coupled (B-150 cannot be coupled) An Outdoor Living can be installed as a stand alone, on the wall and can even be used as a roof construction without vertical posts. With all these possibilities, you ll surely find a perfect solution for your garden, terrace, balcony, patio, poolhouse, jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen. Multiple modules can be coupled. BRUSTOR WIT RAL 7016 Residential and professional use With the dimensions varying up to 7m long x 7m wide, the Outdoor Living can be an interesting patio roof for private customers as well as for the catering industry. To cover larger areas, multiple modules can be coupled. Also see page 16. Colours glass fibre fabric or PVC fabric Weaven screen or glass fibre fabrics have an extended collection of colours and designs. Your dealer will be pleased to show you the entire collection. Weaven screens are not completely water or lightproof. You can opt for a heavier PVC fabric for the side screens as well as for the roof. This fabric is entirely waterproof and sunshading. The available colours are wit, beige and grey. Pole support It s very important that the pergola is installed perfectly horizontal. The pole supports, are thus adjustable in height. When installed, this type of fixation is completely invisible from the outside (see picture). Custom-made pergola XL A roof exists from a number of louvers of 21cm. It may be necessary to need just a bigger dimension. The image below shows the option to add 7cm either to the left, the right or both sides (B150XL/B200XL).
