Airport Information Students are expected to listen and know the timings of the flights and are not to wander off. A register will be taken at each stage of the journey. Students are to remain in groups of no less than three. There should be no liquids in hand luggage. Make-up items under 100ml such as lipbalm should be placed in a clear plastic bag before arriving at the airport. It must be kept tidy and on arrival any damaged items are to be reported to staff immediately. Rooms will be checked regularly. Under no circumstances are students to enter the room or corridor of the opposite sex. Money Students will be asked to deposit their spending money to the Finance Office by 8 th February. It is advisable to separate spending money into daily envelopes to ensure you can budget your week sensibly. Please note that breakfast and an evening meal will be provided but students will have to purchase their own lunch. We recommend 10 per day for lunch. Every evening students can prepare their money for the following day by going to their colour team leader who will run a bank system.
Student Colour Teams Students are organised into colour teams and assigned to a member of staff. Students are expected to register with their assigned team leader throughout the week and seek advice on any matters arising from them in the first instance. The bank will be held every evening via your colour team leader.
