The Hotel Situated in rolling parkland on the Royal Sandringham Estate, Park House was the childhood home of Princess Diana and is now run as a unique hotel for disabled people by Leonard Cheshire Disability. The hotel and grounds are fully accessible and can accommodate up to 24 guests in both twin or single en-suite rooms. These feature digital TV with built in DVD player/radio, direct dial telephone and tea and coffee making facilities. Main hotel features include a heated outdoor swimming pool with hoist facility (available during the summer months), a Jacuzzi spa bath, a shop featuring exclusive Park House branded gifts, a well-stocked library with large print/ talking books and an internet enabled computer. We also have a comprehensive DVD library for guests to choose from as well as a Nintendo Wii system. The spacious public rooms are full of character and our comfortable air conditioned conservatory is the perfect place to meet friends, have coffee or relax with your favourite book or newspaper. Our established sensory garden, opened by Jeromy and Elizabeth Cheshire in 2013, and our woodland trail are also great places to relax and enjoy the nature around us.

Whether you opt for our in-house care support, or book on an independent basis, a comprehensive review of your needs shall be carried out ensuring an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Our experienced and dedicated care team is on duty 24 hours a day, giving reassurance to both guests and relatives. Profiling beds are standard in all the main house rooms and hoists and other specialist equipment are available on request. For your comfort and peace of mind all our main house bedrooms are en-suite and most offer a wet room facility for greater flexibility and access. Furniture can be moved/ removed as required. The hotel is completely up to date with all modern facilities, including Wi-Fi, whilst retaining its Edwardian charm.

Restaurant and bar The finest locally sourced ingredients are used by our team of chefs in preparing international menus complemented by a comprehensive wine list. Most dietary requirements can be met with advance notice. Individual support is also available for guests who require assistance at mealtimes. The restaurant and bar are open to non-residents by prior reservation. We also hold special culinary events from time to time.
