ASX Release Casino Canberra and surrounds redevelopment proposal 15 September 2015 Major proposed redevelopment of Casino Canberra and surrounding area with investment of approximately $330 million Proposed world class entertainment, gaming, dining, retail, accommodation and leisure offerings unprecedented in the ACT Aquis prepared to fund significant extension to the National Convention Centre Canberra Discussions ongoing with ACT Government authorities and community stakeholders Following significant interest from the media and the ACT public in Aquis Entertainment Limited s (ASX : AQS) Casino Canberra redevelopment proposal (announced 31 August 2015), Aquis is pleased to provide some further details about the proposal in the accompanying presentation. The proposed redevelopment will involve an investment in Canberra s entertainment, leisure, dining, retail, gaming, accommodation and social infrastructure of approximately $330 million. Aquis is engaged in ongoing discussions with a variety of community and Government stakeholders in relation to the proposal. The proposal is subject to further discussions with the ACT Government, financing and regulatory approvals. KEY HIGHLIGHTS Economic Contributions: A significant proposed investment in Canberra. Increased jobs, both construction related and long term. The proposed refurbished casino, new entertainment and retail offerings will, if implemented, contribute significantly to the ACT taxation receipts for the benefit of all ACT residents. Tourism: The first tier accommodation, entertainment and dining options will significantly increase Canberra s appeal to attract significant visitation from international guests, for the benefit of the ACT economy as a whole. Accommodation: A proposed 6-star flagship hotel featuring 12 palatial suites with butler service and unmatched facilities. Also, Aquis proposed 5-star 100 suite hotel overlooking Lake Burley-Griffin and the city skyline, appealing to domestic and international business and tourism visitors.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS Continued... Dining and Entertainment: proposed new dining & entertainment experiences featuring internationally and critically acclaimed chefs and brands. Gaming facilities: the proposed refurbished casino will be world class, offering the latest technology and games available internationally. The gaming floor will be increased, with true, international VIP gaming on offer. New road system and reinvigorated Glebe Park: Aquis proposes new street access to the new entertainment precinct, allowing for a forecourt that opens on to a revitalised Glebe Park, an ideal location for community events. Luxury retail: Aquis proposes an impressive selection of leading international designer brands in an upscale, promenade-style shopping experience not currently available in Canberra.

Aquis proposes that the redeveloped casino, convention centre and surrounding area will be integrated with a revamped City Walk connecting the CBD with the new entertainment precinct. City Walk would be remodelled to provide new dining and entertainment offerings. NATIONAL CONVENTION CENTRE CANBERRA Aquis Entertainment proposes to fund construction of a 3,300m 2 extension to the NCCC. The proposed revamped NCCC will add much needed convention capacity for the benefit of all Canberrans. The proposed extension will also increase the flexibility of the existing facility, allowing for multiple events to be run simultaneously. A critical contribution to the long term prosperity of Canberra and its tourism and cultural offering.
