Projects Kilada Hills Golf Resort Lemnos Resort In the area of Argolida, near Porto Heli, also known as Greek Riviera 235 hectares Status Current permits in place to allow commencement of the Golf phase construction, as soon as funding is secured. Zoniro Greece/Aristo Developers Zoniro Greece was founded in 1999 originally being the subsidiary of Cyprus based Aristo Developers Ltd. In 2007 Dolphin acquired Aristo Developers Ltd, the largest development company and private real estate owner in Cyprus, which was listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, in a pioneering Public-to-Private transaction Aristo Developers (Hellas) SA, its Greek subsidiary, was actively involved in the Greek real estate market, developing, constructing and marketing luxury apartment buildings and offices in selective areas of Athens.
