Thus, 39 rooms were added to the resort Earthworks will start for an additional previously sold villa Build additional beach cabanas Works continue on the construction of additional leisure amenities, including two spa treatment rooms, a gym and extensive back-of-house facilities at the Amanzoe beach club Zoniro led all the parties involved in Amanzoe resort and villas opening, including consultants (local and international architectural teams, electro-mechanical, and structural engineers, acoustical, lighting, and landscape consultants), the selected contractor, construction managers and the operator, leading the project from inception to final completion and delivery. Projects Kilada Hills Golf Resort Lemnos Resort In the area of Argolida, near Porto Heli, also known as Greek Riviera 235 hectares Status Current permits in place to allow commencement of the Golf phase construction, as soon as funding is secured. One of the first projects in Greece to receive Strategic Investment status, which gives significant permitting advantages and removes the requirement of building a hotel Located on the island of Lemnos with dramatic sea views and magnificent plateaus 15 min drive or speed boat ride directly to the resort from the Lemnos International Airport Special Features The Lemnos Project will be developed as a premier masterplanned leisure-integrated resort branded and operated by a top hotel brand. 22-room and 60-suite hotel & spa on over 15,858 buildable m2 c. 200 m2 beach club and marina 40 branded Villas of c. 598 m2 each 80 hectares Status Initial approvals have already been obtained and the Environmental Impact Assesment is under review. Zoniro Greece/Aristo Developers Zoniro Greece was founded in 1999 originally being the subsidiary of Cyprus based Aristo Developers Ltd. In 2007 Dolphin acquired Aristo Developers Ltd, the largest development company and private real estate owner in Cyprus, which was listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, in a pioneering Public-to-Private transaction Aristo Developers (Hellas) SA, its Greek subsidiary, was actively involved in the Greek real estate market, developing, constructing and marketing luxury apartment buildings and offices in selective areas of Athens.
