2014 Post Balance Sheet Events TransCentury exited its investment in Rift Valley Railways in March 2014 realising USD 43.7 million from the sale of its 34% stake in KU Railways Holding Limited The proceeds from the Rift Valley Railways sale are being re-deployed towards the following: (A) Growth Capital: Funds will be invested to support investments in plant and machinery across the various plants in Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia and South Africa (B) Greenfield Infrastructure Projects: Investment into a new 35MW Power Plant in Menengai, Kenya with a PPA already initialed (C) Debt reduction: Reduction in the Company s bank borrowings

2014 to 2016 Infrastructure Projects TransCentury is developing high return Infrastructure Projects in partnerships with key technical partners and has a strong pipeline of projects in excess of $500m of equity Projects phased in 2014, 2015 and 2016 and focused on Power, Engineering and other Infrastructure projects. TransCentury will add value by originating, building and operating infrastructure projects along with technical partners Menengai 35MW Geothermal Power Station is the first such Project and will be built in 2014/2015 with the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) already initialed
