GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE These GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE, together with the INTERNAL REGULATIONS, are understood as contractually binding on Isaholidays Villages and the Guest. Accordingly, a request to stay at a Village or Residence and the acceptance of any such request by Isaholidays Villages shall imply: - full awareness and total acceptance of these Conditions of Sale and of the Internal Regulations, which contain: hours, rules, bans, advice and information that must be adhered to - observance of all indications written on signs posted internally of the Village, on the notice board, near accommodation units, toilets and on the beach. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS The details of a booking can be changed even after it has been confirmed, subject to availability. Any change to the date of arrival/departure and/or to the type of holiday will imply cancellation of the pricing conditions originally agreed and acceptance of the rates applicable for the new dates and/or type of booking at the time of making the change. CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS Bookings can be cancelled, subject to the following penalties: At least 30 days before the arrival date: the deposit is refunded minus 60.00. Less than 30 days before the arrival date: no refund In the event of failure to appear on the arrival date (NO-SHOW), the accommodation unit will be let as from the next day, and the deposit cannot be refunded. INSURANCE When a booking is made, customers can also take out our Holiday Insurance, at a cost of 25.00 payable with the deposit. For more details on the insurance cover: link PAYMENT OF HOLIDAY To avoid delays at the Cash Office, it is best to settle the full amount payable for the holiday at least 7 days before arrival, on-line or by bank transfer. Guests will be asked at the time of checking in to give their credit card number as surety and, if payment has not been made prior to arrival, for authorization to debit the amount of the holiday to the card.
The amount payable will be charged to the card account by the end of the day following the guest's arrival. Additional services or changes to the holiday, if any, can also be charged to the account. Once the amount due for the holiday has been paid, a full tax receipt will be issued. Guests who do not present their credit card must pay the amount due for the holiday on arrival, together with any additional services or booking changes applicable, plus a further deposit of 100.00. CHECK-IN ON LINE All guests must check in on-line on the ISA website within 24 hours following their arrival. The check-in on-line facility becomes available on the website once the booking has been confirmed (see check-in on-line item under the booking window on the home page) For guests who have no way of checking in on-line using their own resources, a mobile device is available opposite the Village check-in area. CHECK-IN The check-in facility is available from 07.00. Guests must report to the reception desk with the following documents: valid proof of identity for each member of the party, confirmation of the booking, vehicle license plate number. On checking-in, each guest will be issued with a microchip embedded bracelet to be used for the duration of their stay. The bracelet is needed in order to gain access at entry points around the site and identify the wearer as a "duly authorized person", in the interests of ensuring maximum security at the holiday facility. Security personnel are empowered and expected to stop and question anyone without a bracelet. In the event of a bracelet being lost or broken, it will be replaced at a cost of 3.00. Guests can take possession of their accommodation in the afternoon, from 16:30. Access to the Village and its services is possible from 07.00 hours, on foot only. From 10.30, guests can enter with their vehicle and use the parking space assigned to the accommodation unit. Check-in procedures can take longer to complete during the high season. To expedite the process, guests are advised to abide conscientiously by the indications given in PAYMENT OF HOLIDAY, CHECK-IN ON LINE and CHECK-IN. LATE ARRIVAL/EARLY DEPARTURE Guests who for whatever reason arrive later or depart earlier than the dates indicated in the booking are bound nonetheless to pay the full price of the holiday. Guests who have taken out ISA holiday insurance can claim reimbursement in respect of unused days (see circumstances accepted under the insurance cover...). A guest arriving late must inform reception by telephone no later than 18.00 hours on the booked arrival date. EXTRA PERSONS In the event of persons being added to the number of the original booking, these must be declared at the moment of check-in for reasons of Public Security. It is forbidden for persons in excess of the maximum number permitted for each type of accommodation to stay overnight, the penalty being cancellation of the booking and expulsion from the village, with no entitlement to any reimbursement. ACCOMMODATION PREFERENCES If preferences are indicated at the time of booking for a position or a specific number of accommodation unit, these can be met subject to availability but will not be guaranteed. It is not possible to ask for a preferred position at the time of checking in. Requests for an upgrade/different type of accommodation and any remarks or queries must be communicated at the time of checking in or in any event on the day of arrival. Requests of this nature can be met subject to availability, in which case the guest accepts the rate applicable for the new accommodation at the moment of making the switch. CHECK-OUT Guests must check out of their accommodation and leave the village no later than 10.00 on the departure date. During low season (12.05-19.05 / 02.06-15.06 / 8.09-16.09) guests are free to stay in the village on the date of departure up to 19.00 hours, provided that their accommodation has been vacated and their vehicles parked outside the village by 10.00 hours. The right is reserved by Management to change the periods of validity indicated at any time.
