With the numbers of 480 Exhibitors from different countries in a 15,000 square meters exhibition area were offered a vast range of products that go over beyond what is expected. DTF 2010 Highlights This event attracts buying teams from the local and international participating companies. A total of 480 International Exhibitors all over 25 countries showcased their most distinctive finest products. A significant number of influential buying markets notably frequented the week-long exhibit of all sorts across the supply chain. And over 160,000 visitors undeniably exceeded expectations. Removing of carpet nylons for final cleaning DURING THE EXHIBITION 16 police were posted at the Exhibition Center daily during the exhibition. Emergency Medical Services were also present and on standby during the exhibition. Before the opening 4 hours (7:00 am 10:00 am) were allotted to all exhibitors to collect goods from storage and arrange the displays in the stand. Cleaning the entire hall, storage and parking area Exhibition hall open for visitors from 11:00 am Qatar Expo hostesses distributed gifts and tokens among the visitors and sold show bags during the event. Violation Committee were at the hall at all times and made sure that everything is in order. Closing of the hall at 10:00 pm and cleaning is implemented Bump out Period: Distributed bump out plan, such as rules and regulations to all exhibitors written in Arabic & English. Clearing the hall from all visitors. Allowed the exhibitors to pack up their goods and clear their stands at 5:00pm on the first day of bump out. Dismantled the storage tents, stands, restaurants. Dismantled all the banners and boards that were displayed Cleaning the hall, loading area and parking area Turnover of the hall as clear and clean. Twenty-five (25) securities from the ISC Group Gulf were assigned for 24-hour safekeeping measures and performed their task well. Forty (40) cleaners, supplied daily by Al Dalla Cleaning Company, ensured a 24 - hour spic and span exhibition area.

30 / DOHA TRADE FAIR 10 31 / DOHA TRADE FAIR 10 SHOW SUMMARY COMPLAINTS: (attached filled-up forms) Positive Sides: Exhibition was sold 100% before the bump in days Qatar Expo team uniform were very much appreciated and most of exhibitors were asking on how they can get a remembrance even if they pay for it. Qatar Expo team was very helpful and show a high attitude and team spirit at all times No stealing actions were reported to the organizer s office The exhibitors feedback were excellent regarding organization and market return Agents were always available and acted very well in managing and educating their exhibitors and facilitating their requirement. The restaurant ideas were well appreciated. The media has covered the exhibition very positively. Visitors were fascinated with the products and prices. Issuing badges on site were smooth although it was a little messy from the start because of the photo requirement. Although some exhibitors complained at first for being tough with our rules and regulations, it was being appreciated at the end when they see the exhibition going very well.
