Bocuse D or 2013-Indonesia Series Gold Medal The Bocuse d Or Indonesia Selection Competition was a challenging 3 (three) hour cooking competition between top chefs of Indonesia (Indonesian Nationals). Supported by BCP (Bali Culinary Professionals), the extraordinary team from St. Regis Bali was suitably chosen to represent Bali in the competition. Held on 10th 13th April 2013 as part of The 9th Salon Culinaire in the 12th Food & Hotel Exhibition Indonesia 2013, the competition was held in Jakarta International Expo, Kemayoran. The Bocuse d Or Indonesia Selection Competition was judged by some members of the World Association of Chefs Society (WACS) and judging was based on certain criteria including kitchen organization, hygiene, taste and presentation details. Having been selected, the St. Regis Bali Chef team will represent Indonesia in Shanghai in 2014 for the Bocuse d Or Asia Selection Competition. Winners will meet at the grand final in Lyon thereafter. Asian Pastry Cup 2013-Indonesia Series Best Show Sugar Piece- Gold Medals Best Pastry Team- Gold Medals Best Cake Categories- Gold Medals Founded in 2006 by Valrhona and Ravifruit in partnership with Singapore Exhibition Services and the Singapore Pastry Alliance, the Asian Pastry Cup is held in conjunction with Food & HotelAsia.
