About Hainan Rendez-Vous Brand Story Hainan Rendez-Vous, an interpretation of high-end lifestyle During the 2009 Macau private jet exhibition, a staff of Blu Inc Media accidentally mentioned to Mr. Wang Dafu, chairman of Visun Group, that such a jet exhibition could also be held in Sanya. Immediately, Mr. Wang replied: It will be much better to have an exhibition of yachts and jets rather than just jets" As such, the outline of Hainan Rendez-Vous was created. In the end of 2009, Mr. Wang Dafu brought up the concept of high-end exhibition integrating jets, yachts and luxury lifestyle. Then in April, 2010, the first Hainan Rendez-Vous was held in Sanya. After 4 years, now, as a high-end exhibition of the world's top brands of jets, yachts, sport cars, jewelries, artworks and high-end real estates, Hainan Rendez-Vous has become a successfully established platform for brands to share their brand stories to Chinese customers and to explore to China market. It also provides the HNWIs in China an opportunity to develop into international culture and experience luxury lifestyle. Now, Hainan Rendez-Vous has become a symbol of China's luxury lifestyle exhibition, attracting thousands of visitors all over the world. Business Jet Airbus Corporate Jet and Boeing Business Jet, giants of the world s business jet industry, were shown to public for the first time in China. Famous business jet brands such as Airbus, Bombardier, Cessna, Boeing BBJ, Dassault Falcon, Gulfstream, Bell and Embraer also participated in the exhibition High-end Lifestyle In 2010, there was exhibition of Eurocoper, the first helicopter manufacturer in the world, and 12 world-top prestige cars, including Italian sports car brands Lamborghini and Ferrari, British brands such as Rolls-Royce, Jaguar and Land Rover, and German brands as Porsche and Mercedes-Benz AMG. Deutsche Bank also presented the concept of their financial service to public and foreign wine brand Chivas Royal Salute presented their latest wine collection.

The exhibition area included 88,000 sqm water area and 32,000 sqm land area, expanded by almost a third compared with last year. Good News from the Exhibitors The sales number during exhibition was fantastic. Yihong Yacht got sales volume over 25 million RMB, Sunseeker 130 million RMB and Visun Group about 60 million RMB. Speedomarine sold 2 yachts, Beneteau cooperated with Visun Royal Yacht Club, sold a sailing yacht Sense 55, which was around 6 million RMB. Industry Impacts The first Private Jet Industry Forum was held successfully this year. And, the world s luxury yacht manufacturer Hatteras announced its first step into China market.

About Hainan Rendez-Vous General Information 2014.3.27-3.30 More than 20 yacht brands including the world s top five yacht groups and more than 130 yachts participated in exhibition. It attracted 23000 people including 13000 VIPs. 29 yachts and 3 business jets were sold during the exhibition, total order amount was 800 million RMB. Yacht Review of Past Editions 5 th Transactions were made with Antares series of Beneteau, Monte Carlo, Sunreef, Jetpon, Yihong and Martello, and was over 10 yachts were sold during exhibition. Business Jet and High-end Lifestyle A number of visitors in exhibition showed interest in cooperation with world s top aircraft manufacturers such as EMBRAER and Bombardier. On the very first day of sports car exhibition, a Pagani supercar was sold at a price of over 23 million RMB. Manli Jewelry took part in the exhibition for the first time and one of its pearl necklaces named Waterfall was sold at the price of 2.88 million RMB.
