Client: Lendlease Completion: June 2016 ACOUSTICS CASE STUDY Kingsgate, Acoustics Design We were engaged to provide acoustic solutions for the fit-out of an open plan, activity-based workplace to reduce distraction and improve productivity. This commercial fit-out was particularly challenging because of its activity-based structure, where team members move between different areas of the office or micro-environments to work in the space which best suits the type of activity they re undertaking. As the project was targeting a six-star Green Star green building accreditation, it meant that acoustic treatments were required to meet specific acoustic performance criteria. Floor-to-ceiling glass pod meeting and teleconference rooms, were designed with secondary glazing to reduce noise spill into adjacent areas, improve speech privacy and reduce noise intrusion. Acoustic treatments were implemented across the open floorplan to control noise transfer and create acoustic micro-environments to accommodate certain activities whether for individual contemplation and work, casual group interaction, or formal meetings. Creating the most appropriate acoustic solution for each space was critical to reducing distraction, enhancing collaboration and improving overall productivity.

Data Our expert team can assist you with all aspects of traffic data, from survey design to data collection and analysis. We use state-of-the-art survey technology and equipment to guarantee the most accurate and reliable data for infrastructure planning. We ve worked on some of the largest traffic survey projects across Australia, and have a reputation for expertise in developing a survey design consistent with the objectives of the study. We work closely with project stakeholders, including government authorities, infrastructure alliances and consultants, to deliver high quality and verifiable traffic and transport data. Our services include: Origin destination and parking surveys using Automatic Number-Plate Recognition cameras (ANPR) Drone surveys Video count surveys with automated analysis software GPS travel time surveys Parking demand and duration surveys Passenger transport studies Pneumatic tube counts Our experience: S outh East Queensland Validation Model (QLD) Data collection B risbane Airport (QLD) Annual traffic counts 2006-2016 E ast Parade / Graham Farmer Freeway Perth (WA) Origin destination survey Q ueens Lane, Port Phillip (VIC) Origin destination survey M 5 Sydney (NSW) Origin destination survey G reater Sydney Screenline Study (NSW) Transurban S outh Road (VIC) Melbourne drone surveys T raffic Generation of Different Land Uses Surveys conducted annually for Transport & Main Roads, Qld Locations across South East and regional Queensland P enrith Origin-Destination Study (NSW) Count and queue surveys S chool Zone Before and After Surveys (QLD) S peed surveys across South East Qld to gauge the impact of LED signage on driver behaviour in school zones B icentennial Bikeway Surveys (QLD) Brisbane City

Client: Queensland Transport and Main Roads Completion: June 2016 DATA CASE STUDY Brisbane Validation Model Study TMR We undertook traffic count assessments across a network of high speed and complex environments across Brisbane Metropolitan Region. TMR required seven-day traffic counts at 19 screenlines (168 screenline points) across a variety of road types from local streets to controlled access motorways, many in restricted access locations. The survey required simultaneous counts across a large number of sites. It was imperative the data was of high quality to ensure accuracy and reliability, with data continuity essential to meeting study objectives. The limited timeframe for planning, organisation, survey and reporting tasks required high-level project management skills and experience. Safety was addressed through planning and consultation with TTM s Registered Professional Engineers. Using specialised software to extract data, we eliminated the risk of human error and ensured consistency across all sites, which was fundamental to the ultimate application of the data.

Traffic We are Australia s leading traffic engineers for developers and architects. Our team has been responsible for traffic planning and design of some of Australia s largest development and infrastructure projects. We have the tools and skill-sets to deliver on projects of any scale and complexity. We work with you throughout the entire process to provide practical advice from due diligence, to planning, design, construction and completion of your project. This is pivotal to successful project delivery. Our strong relationships with key contacts at all levels of government and the development sector are a distinct advantage in negotiating a favourable outcome for you. Our services include: Development planning and design Development application and reporting Our experience: RNA Redevelopment (QLD) Bowen Hills Willows Shopping Centre, Townsville (QLD) North-west Rail Link (NSW) Construction traffic management plan Gold Coast Rapid Transit (QLD) Road safety audits Bunnings developments, Australia-wide Robina Town Centre Expansion (QLD) Orion Shopping Centre Springfield (QLD) Queen s Wharf, Brisbane (QLD) Integrated resort development 272 Normanby Road, Southbank (VIC) Development planning and design 443 Upper Heidelberg Road, Ivanhoe (VIC) Development planning and design Darling Square development Darling Harbour (NSW) Surry Hills Shopping Centre (NSW) Redevelopment Network analysis and design Transport planning Traffic systems planning and design Road planning and design Traffic signal design Road safety audits Construction and event traffic management

Client: Lendlease Completion: November 2016 TRAFFIC CASE STUDY Darling Harbour Darling Square Project We were engaged to design vehicle and service access to support two new developments in a pedestrian-only, mixed-use public precinct. The project involved two separate developments a 580-apartment building with retail on the ground plane, and a mixed-use building with retail and markets, a library, childcare centre and restaurants. The two buildings are connected by an existing outdoor pedestrian square. TTM engaged with key government stakeholders to determine the best way to maintain the square s pedestrian appeal. This was critical to the design of both developments. However, both buildings required vehicle access for services including the delivery and collection of supplies and refuse necessary in commercial and domestic developments. We designed a purpose-built basement solution, providing central and convenient vehicle access to fully support the required services.

Waste We provide waste management advice and documentation for new and existing development projects. As local government authorities look for cheaper and more efficient ways to collect waste, the issue of how waste and recycling material is stored and presented for collection has become more prevalent. Lack of waste management planning may result in slowing down or even halting the progression of your development. Through integration with our traffic and acoustics departments, we regularly provide real world solutions for projects ranging from small scale multi-unit dwellings to large scale residential, commercial and mixed-use precincts. TTM Waste will advise you on compliant and efficient use of space and equipment. TTM does not manufacture or sell equipment. All advice is based on the needs of the client first, with design and equipment recommendations considered to be the most efficient for your project. Client: Consolidated Property Completion: 2017 WASTE CASE STUDY Yeerongpilly Green Precinct Waste Management Project We provided waste management analysis and design advice to support a multi-stage community development comprising a mixed-use residential, commercial and public precinct. To maintain the ambience of the precinct, we introduced a strategy for centralised residential waste storage and collection. This allowed for the complete removal of on-street waste collection, and ensured the facilities were central and convenient for users, with minimal impact (odour, noise and refuse collection traffic) to the surrounding residents. The two staged strategy required placement and design of a low cost temporary storage and collection facility. With the final precinct facility to be built as part of the latter stages, the temporary design incorporated the initial storage of mobile garbage bins with a transition to larger equipment for up to 500 units. Additional planning and advice included volume reduction equipment for the commercial tenancies including pulping systems, glass crushers, and baling equipment. Charitable organisations were also considered with early engagement of food recovery services and incorporating space clothing and item donation bins to be included in the central waste facilities (e.g. Lifeline bins). Council was regularly consulted to ensure final design and operational waste management plans would be accepted.
