Significant activity by carrier is as follows: Airline Comments American 6.1% decrease in passenger activity due to lower load factors and canceled flights Reduced capacity to New York La Guardia, Portland ME, and Raleigh New service to Pensacola in March 217 as well as Grand Rapids and Fayetteville in April 217 Discontinued service to Fort Lauderdale in August 217 Southwest 11.4% decrease mainly as a result of lower load factors and canceled flights Increased service to Chicago-Midway and Dallas-Love beginning November 217 and Tampa in January 218 Discontinued service to Indianapolis in December 217 United 12.3% decrease primarily due to lower load factors and canceled flights Reduced service to Newark beginning in April 217 and Chicago-O Hare in November 217 Increased service to Houston beginning December 217 and Chicago O-Hare in January 218 JetBlue 12.6% decrease due to reduced capacity Reduced capacity to West Palm Beach, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Jacksonville and Boston Alaska 7.6% decrease primarily due to lower load factors Frontier 15.5% decrease primarily due to lower load factors passenger traffic decreased 3.4% as a result of decreases by Air Canada due to lower load factors American, including its regional affiliates, had the largest commercial passenger market share of 5.2%, an increase from 48.5% in January 218 2

Washington Dulles Airport Passenger Activity commercial passenger activity decreased 1.1% due to the inauguration and Women s March in January 217. Significant activity by carrier is as follows: Airline Comments United 1.2% decrease primarily due to lower load factors Increased capacity to net of 19 destinations including: Newark, Boston, San Antonio, Harrisburg and New York La Guardia New service to Clarksburg in November 217 Frontier 238.2% increase primarily as a result of new service New service to Austin in April 217 as well as Colorado Springs and Las Vegas in July 217 Increased capacity to Orlando beginning October 217 Southwest 16.7% increase as a result of increased capacity to Denver and new service to Fort Lauderdale in June 217 Delta 13.6% decrease primarily due to lower load factors Reduced capacity to all destinations except Salt Lake City, a new service since April 217 American 1.6% decrease mainly due to reduced capacity Reduced service to Charlotte, Miami and Los Angeles beginning September 217 Passenger Activity commercial passenger traffic increased.6% compared to January 217. Significant activity by carrier is as follows: Airline Comments United 4.% decrease in passenger activity primarily due to reduced service Reduced service to Geneva, Dublin, Montego Bay, San Jose and St Maarten Turkish 33.6% increase due to higher load factors Ethiopian 21.3% increase due to improved load factors Air Canada 4.1% increase as a result of increased service to Montreal Air China 22.% increase due to increased service to Beijing beginning in May 217 British 23.1% decrease because of reduced capacity COPA 13.1% decrease due to reduced service to Panama City Air India New service began in July 217 United Airlines, including its regional affiliates, had the largest commercial passenger market share of 62.% compared to 62.7% a year ago Cargo Activity (all numbers in metric tonnes) o Total cargo increased 6.2% or 1,34 from a year earlier to 22.5k o cargo increased 6.% (476) primarily due to an increase by United (36.7%, or 439) o cargo increased 6.2% or 828 primarily due to increases by United (7.1%, or 344), Air China (43.9% or 176) and Lufthansa (21.5% or 173) Baltimore-Washington Airport No data yet 3
