Sleeps 20 using both levels or can be rented as two separate places; "Top Deck" (sleeps 13) including loft, and "Main Deck" (sleeps 7). Amenities: 4 Bedrooms all w/ separate bathrooms, plus loft w/ 2 queens. 2 Full Kitchens has all dishes, pots, pans & Utensils needed, microwave, stove, oven and fridge in each. Dishwasher Main Deck. Satellite Big Screen TVs up & downstairs Living Rooms. All Linens provided for bedding, towels and kitchens. Please bring your own Towels for fishing and beach towels. Canal Drive) Sargent, Texas GPS coordinates 28 47'25.30"N 95 34'36.36"W From Houston Take 288 South 1. Take first Lake Jackson Exit which is Richwood /FM 2004 & turn right on FM2004 2. Continue on FM 2004 approximately 6 miles and cross Hwy 36 where FM 2004 turns into FM2611 3. Continue straight on FM2611 approximately 16 miles to where it T s at FM 457 Turn Left 4. From 2611 Travel approximately 8.0 miles on 457 (pass Texaco & Cross swing bridge over CW), and turn Left on Canal Drive. 5. Travel 2.4 Miles to end of road and turn right, then left on beach road. 6. Travel 0.37 mile to last house on beach. The Round House is the last house on the beach and you ll see it on the horizon in the middle of Canal Road the whole ride down. Green Buoy at Driveway marked with the number 51. (Please use caution as you drive down Canal road for people and kids crossing to beach.) From Bay City: Take FM457 South off State Highway 35 in Bay City Travel approximately 20 miles and you ll be at the intersection of 2611 and 457 follow directions from number 4 above.
