To achieve 0% energy savings in the first stage, we applied various energy-saving devices which have benefits of reducing hull resistance or improving propulsion efficiency. The second stage reached 0% energy savings by establishing a new procedure of propeller design, the Sea Sword Bow application, and other innovative designs to increase propulsion, reduce resistance, and improve seaworthiness.
