Fifty-seven (57) 8 x 8 Standard Booths (1-57). All booths include back and side drapes, a one-line identification sign (up to 35 characters), one table, two chairs, electricity, and Wi-Fi. Exhibitors must provide their own extension cords for electricity connection (minimum 25 ). The Younes Conference Center exhibit areas are fully carpeted. Exhibitors are responsible for renting additional supplies and coordinating shipping needs through AAA Party & Event Rental. exhibit fees NNFA/NALA Business Associate Member rate for a Standard Booth is $695; non-member rate is $1,095. NNFA/NALA Business Associate Member rate for a Premier Booth is $1,165; non-member rate is $1,565. Because of limited space, there is no discount for additional booths. Only one vendor company per booth. If more than one vendor is exhibiting in a booth, each vendor will be charged the booth fee. All booth representatives must be employees of the booth organization listed on agreement. shipping, storage, rentals AAA Party & Event Rental is the official decorator for the trade show; information regarding their services will be emailed prior to the show. Booth space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. To guarantee your reservation, payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. on April 14. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received in the NNFA/NALA office after April 14. non-exclusivity NNFA/NALA does not guarantee exclusive representation of a product/service at the trade show. sponsorships All convention sponsors receive their company name in the convention registration flyer, in the convention book, on the convention sponsor sign, and on designated signage. See enclosed contract for additional details. advertising The Spring Convention Book will be distributed to convention attendees. Ad rates have been set to make it most affordable to put your name in front of the members. Pricing is based on a print-ready ad; assistance is available for a fee. See the enclosed contract for additional details. exhibitor drawings Exhibitors must provide their own registration forms and a box or basket in which to put them. Exhibitors will draw prize winners; NNFA/NALA will post winners in a central location. Additional cash giveaway opportunities will be available to encourage convention registrants to attend the trade show. administrator continuing education credit - new! NNFA/NALA will offer 90 minutes of continuing education credit for administrators who collect 30 flyers from participating exhibitors at the trade show. To participate, submit a one-page informational flyer or document for approval to KatieB@nehca.org by April 14. The document must include information that would be educationally beneficial to a long-term care provider. It cannot be a sales pitch advertising your specific product or service, but can relate to the area of long-term care that your product or service is geared toward. Participating exhibitors must provide 150 copies of the flyer at their booth during the trade show. Click here to download a sample flyer. Exhibitors whose products are food or beverages may provide samples at their booths. extra meal tickets If you would like to purchase additional Tuesday lunch tickets, please indicate on your agreement form.
