Information concerning the International Memorial Day Conference 1. General: All conference meetings will be held at the Westin Kansas City at Crown Center, in the Century Ballroom, located at 1 East Pershing Road, Kansas City, MO 64108. 2. Translation: There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Those who need translation should bring their own FM radio, headset, and extra batteries. 3. Lodging: Westin Kansas City at Crown Center: Special group rate of $99.00 USD/per night plus tax (16.975%) for single and double occupancy, $109.00 USD/night plus tax for triple occupancy, and $119.00 USD/night plus tax for quadruple occupancy. Information concerning the International Memorial Day Conference Transportation Information Kansas City International Airport (MCI): Hotel Direction: 21 Miles SE Driving Directions: From the airport, head southwest on Cookingham Drive toward International Circle. Continue Straight onto International Circle. Use the middle two lanes to turn slightly left to stay on International Circle. Keep right to continue on Cookingham Drive. Continue onto NW 120 th St. Use the right two lanes to merge onto I-29 S/US-71 S via the ramp to Kansas City. Continue on I-29 S and use the right two lanes to take exit 2B to merge onto US-169 S toward Kansas City/Downtown. Take the U.S. 169 exit toward I- 35. Turn right onto US-169-S/W 5 th St. Use the left lane to take the I-35 S ramp to Wichita. Continue on I-35 S and take exit 1D for 20 th Street. Turn left onto W 20 th Street. Shuttle: Super Shuttle: Transportation via the Super Shuttle is available from the Kansas City International Airport to the Westin Kansas City at Crown Center. The Super Shuttle kiosk is located in the airport in the baggage claim area. There is a one-way cost of $18.00 USD for each guest, and a prepaid round trip cost of $31.00 USD. Both cash and credit cards are accepted. The shuttle runs in fifteen-minute intervals and no reservations are necessary when traveling from the airport to the hotel. Transportation via the Super Shuttle is also available from the hotel to the airport. You must make reservations for the shuttle 24 hours prior to the time that you wish to leave the hotel.
