Any statutory taxes / insurance dues etc. if any, would have to be borne by you. Q4. What is the validity of this offer? A4. This offer is valid for bookings received between 27th of August 2013 and 6th of September 2013. Q5. When do I have to actually travel on these holidays? A5. You can choose to travel on any dates, as per the availability, between 1st of October 2013 and 31st of March 2014. Q6. How do I become eligible? A6. As soon as you make your full payment of your tour cost and hand over your duly filled and signed contest form, you are eligible to win a gift subject to certain terms and conditions. Q8. Can I book ONLINE and OFFLINE? A8. Yes the offer is valid for both online and offline bookings. Q9. Is the Win a Car Offer redeemable in terms of Cash? A9. No. Your gift can not be redeemed in Cash. Q10. Can I exchange the gift? A10. No, the gift cannot be exchanged for another gift. Q11. Is the gift under Win a Car offer transferable? A11. No, the gift under the Win a Car Offer is non-transferable. Q12. Are children eligible for the offer? A12. What if I don t have access to a store to pick up the gift in my city? A15. Some of the offers are location specific where the availability is dependant on the location of the stores. If you do not have an outlet in the city of your residence, you can redeem your gift on your visit to that city only. Q16. What are the rules of the contest? A16. The gift is applicable to people who make the full payment towards the tour cost. The gift can only be claimed after completion of the tour. If you cancel your tour or are unable to travel on tour, you will not be eligible for the contest. All statutory taxes (direct or indirect including local levies, TDS, registration fees, octroi, insurances, etc) are applicable on your gift and have to be paid before delivery. Q17. What are the inclusions and exclusions of the holiday? A19. Q20. When do I get my gift? A20. After you have returned from your holiday, and if you have won a gift, you will be able to redeem the same. Please see the chart on the next page which would explain what the gifts are and how to redeem your gift. Q21. What happens if my visa is rejected and / or my passport is delayed due to any procedural delays? A21. In case you are not granted your visa and / or you did not get the visa and / or your passport in time and if you have proof of the consulate rejecting your visa, you may be able to shift to another tour of a similar value. This will be subject to availability and this change should be at least 30 days prior to the departure of the tour. You will be given a choice to travel on any holiday which does not require a visa (subject to availability) from the list upto 15 days prior to departure and will still be eligible for your gift. If the change is less than 15 days prior to departure date, then the transfer will not be allowed and you will not be entitled to any benefit or amount in lieu thereof. The cancellation charges listed on page 3 shall apply. Q22. Do I need to pay anything in addition to the tour price of the holiday Packages to avail this Win a Car Offer? A22. You will have to pay for anything that is listed in the exclusions list. For further details, please refer to the inclusions and exclusions in the price grid. For this offer, it is recommended to get Cox & Kings to guide you with the Visas. However, please note that Visas cannot be guaranteed by Cox & Kings under any circumstances and Cox & Kings are merely facilitators for providing visa services. Any future taxes levied by the Government of India or any other statutory / regulatory body will have to be paid additionally by you. Q23. Is this offer valid during festival dates / certain holidays / trade fairs or any other period? A23. If your full payment (reservation amount, booking amount, documentation charges or full payment) is not received by the due date and / or you do not comply with other terms and conditions of the offer, you would not be entitled to receive the benefit under such offer. You will then be automatically charged the regular brochure price or any prevalent promotional price (with its applicable conditions) available at the time when you make your full payments. If you do not wish to travel then you will be subject to the applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation schedule. Q25. What if I cancel my booking made under the Win a Car Offer? A25. In case you decide to cancel your booking which you have made under the Win a Car Offer, you would have to pay the cancellation charges and you will not be eligible for the gift. Q26. Read the Booking Conditions and Terms and Conditions carefully and accept and sign them. Pay a minimum token reservation amount of ` 3,000 to the sales staff of our Cox & Kings offices / Franchisees / Preferred Agents / Agents who will pay us. OR You can also pay all these at one time. i) Token reservation amount of ` 3,000 per person. ii) Interest free non refundable booking amount of ` 20,000 (for International Holiday) iii) Documentation Amount which will vary as per the destination. Step 5: If you have only paid the Token reservation amount, then you must pay the interest free non-refundable booking amount and the documentation amount within 10 days from the date of your booking by cheque / demand draft or cash. Step 6: You have to visit the outlet where you had made your Reservation Amount payment and submit all these documents listed below: a. Cheque / Demand draft in favour of Cox & Kings Ltd b.
