Ecopot inner pots are completely different Ecopot inners pots are constructed using TRIPLY; the ultimate cooking material because it maximizes heat retention more than any other cooking surface. TRIPLY is an amalgamation of 3 layers of high performance stainless steel blended into a solid, heat retaining base. Maximum heat retention is trapped within the base during the initial cooking process. On transfer to the Ecopot, this heat generates the heat source for completing the cooking process. TASTY ECOPOT RECIPES Corned Silverside Treakle Bum Pudd n 1kg Corned Silverside 2 Potatoes, 1 Carrot, 1 Onion 1 Potato sized lump of sweet potato ½ Cup Honey ½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar 1 Clove Garlic 1 Table Spoon Mustard Chuck silverside in the bottom of the large Ecopot. Add vinegar, honey and all other ingredient s to the brew, then cover the meat with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. 1½ cups s/r flour 1 1½ cups golden syrup Fluid ( milk. ginger beer or water ) Place flour, 1 table spoon golden syrup in a bowl, mix fluid in until you have a pancake mix texture. Heat remaining syrup in bottom of small Ecopot until small bubbles start to show, then plop in the mix add to top of large Ecopot and allow to cook for the duration of the meal cooking time. Enjoy with cream, custard, ice-cream or just on it s own.
