SOCIETY NAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF JUDGING ENGAGEMENT 1. This show is being conducted under the Rules & Regulations of the Royal Agricultural Society of New Zealand (RAS) 2. Judging is to be conducted in compliance with the recognised RAS Showing regulations and the Judge undertakes that before judging, he or she will become fully conversant with such relevant Rules and Regulations. 3. The fees and expenses noted are agreed between the Society and the Judge prior to this Engagement Offer being sent. 4. The Society conducting the Show reserves the right to reallocate one or more of the classes to another Judge if an excessive number of entries are received. 5. The Judge is to advise the Secretary of the Show whether or not this invitation is accepted. If the reply is not received by the Secretary within 21 days of the date of the offer, it will lapse. 6. The Society will provide all overseas Judges, free of charge, a copy of the Royal Agricultural Society of New Zealand Rules & Regulations prior to the date of the Show. 7.
