Event Guide for SAFRA Family Day Out @ Gardens By The Bay Saturday, 24 March 2018 10am to 2pm
Registration Registration will start at 10.00am at the North Colonnade (Please see next page for directions). Please bring along your confirmation slip and SAFRA membership card for verification. If you are collecting the Flower Dome Sakura Matsuri Display tickets on behalf of someone else, kindly have an authorised note written on the printed confirmation slip with a copy of the membership card. SAFRA Family Package sign ups will be issued 1 x redemption passport per family package to redeem for: - 1 x Goodie Bag - 1 x Photo Instant Print - 1 x Families for Life Treasure Hunt The rest of the activities are open to all to enjoy.
Option 1: Getting to North Colonnade Via Taxi Alight at Gardens by the Bay Bay South (Visitor Centre) Via Own Vehicle Park at Gardens by the Bay Bay South (Visitor Centre)
Option 1: Getting to North Colonnade (Quickest way but with lots of stairs) LIFT Via Taxi Look to your left before the Visitor Centre Info Counter, you will spot a flight of stairs or lift, proceed to L2 Via Own Vehicle From the car park, take the escalator to L1 and take the stairs to L2 If you are travelling with pram, wheelchair or elderly, please take the lift. (Please note the lift would take some time as there is only 1 lift available, thank you for your patience) If you choose to climb the stairs, AWESOME - you will burn some calories, but please be careful and mind your steps. LIFT Proceed further in about less than 100m, you will spot a flight of stairs leading down. Take that stairs and you are almost there! The lift is right next to the stairs behind the palm trees on your right.
Option 1: Getting to North Colonnade (Quickest way but with lots of stairs) LIFT At the end of the flight of stairs or when you step out of the lift, turn right. LIFT Follow the sheltered walk way and the registration counter will be right in front.
Option 2: Getting to North Colonnade Via Taxi Alight at Gardens by the Bay Bay South (Visitor Centre) Via Own Vehicle Park at Gardens by the Bay Bay South (Visitor Centre)
Option 2: Getting to North Colonnade LIFT (Slightly longer route but with scenic view and no stairs) Via Own Vehicle From the car park, take the escalator or lift to L1 If you are travelling with pram, wheelchair or elderly, please take the lift. (Please note the lift would take some time as there is only 1 lift available, thank you for your patience) (Slightly longer route but with no stairs) Walk pass the Visitor Centre Information Counter Walk pass McDonald s and McCafe Make a right turn in in less than 100m, follow the sheltered walk way on your left before the Flower Dome Ticketing Booth
Option 2: Getting to North Colonnade (Slightly longer route but with scenic view and no stairs) Follow the sheltered walk way and you will be able to spot the SAFRA Family Day Out registration counter (Slightly longer route but with no stairs)

Families for Life Treasure Hunt All participants must sign up on event day on a first-comefirst-serve basis. Limited to the 50 families per time slot. Registration for Families for Life Hunt will start at 10.30am and 12pm, once slots are filled up the registration will close. This Families for Life Hunt is only for SAFRA Family Day Out participants. A minimum of 3 participants is required to qualify for this race. Each participant is only allowed to participate once. In the event of wet weather, the hunt will be cancelled. SAFRA reserves the right to reject any participants if the above terms & conditions are not met. SAFRA will not be held responsible for any personal injury, death, and/ or any other consequential misfortune/ accident/ loss/ damage that may arise in the course of the event

Getting There and Parking BY FOOT FROM THE HELIX BRIDGE TOWARDS THE ART SCIENCE MUSEUM Follow the footpath which leads under the East Coast Parkway (ECP), which will bring you directly into Bay South Garden along the waterfront. FROM MARINA BAY SANDS Walk across the overhead bridge (Lions Bridge) located at Marina Bay Sands Hotel (open daily from 8.00am to 11.00pm), or take the underground linkway via Bayfront MRT Station (Exit B).
