During dinner, the award winning Holmchase Singers will entertain you with a collection of traditional Christmas carols. Transport can be arranged for guests wishing to attend Midnight Mass at any one of our local churches. Christmas Day Start the day with an indulgent Champagne breakfast served either in the restaurant or in the comfort of your room. Brave guests may want to join in the Longueville Christmas swim in the hotel s outdoor pool. Later, join owners Malcolm and Patricia Lewis for a complimentary Champagne reception in the bar before settling down for a spectacular and traditional six course Christmas lunch. In the evening, complimentary light snacks will be available. Boxing Day During the morning, join the Longueville Sommeliers together with Executive Head Chef, Andrew Baird for a tour of the new wine cellar with a wine, cheese and oyster tasting. In the evening, let your hair down at our traditional house party and dance until the small hours - a funfilled evening with an exceptional five course menu and live entertainment. New Year s Eve During the morning, join the Longueville Sommeliers together with Executive Head Chef, Andrew Baird for a tour of the new wine cellar with a wine, cheese and oyster tasting. In the evening, the celebrations begin with a mouth-watering six course gala dinner, followed by a lively night of music and dancing until the small hours. The New Year is welcomed with complimentary Champagne and mince pies served at midnight. New Year s Day Enjoy a leisurely morning with perhaps a late breakfast in bed. Why not take an afternoon stroll on one of Jersey s beautiful beaches? In the evening, dinner is an informal occasion with a sumptuous hot and cold buffet featuring not only the best local seafood, but an indulgent selection of desserts.
