Effective from 2015-01-01 Jönköping Airport Price List Aircraft using Jönköping Airport (JKG) are subject to airport charges according to this price list and regulations. Definitions Where a Maximum Take Off Weight (MTOW) is required to calculate the price, the weight factor will be determined on the basis of the highest certified MTOW for which the aircraft is certified in its state of registration. Passenger Flights are defined as flights with commercially paying passengers on board. A transfer flight is defined as a flight which is directly connected with a flight from another airport. A SARS body is defined as a search and rescue entity having a governmental instrumentality such as The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) and The Swedish Police or similar as its principal. JKG is the abbreviated term in this document for Jönköping Airport or Jönköping Airport AB. 2
Charges The charges consist of: -Take Off Charge - Passenger Charge - Charges outside of opening hours - Other charges Take Off Charge The take off charge is calculated on the basis of the aircraft s MTOW. The charge is payable per take off as follows: Weight of aircraft in Kilograms ( MTOW) Charge rate in SEK per 1000 Kilograms or part thereof 0-2 000 250 2 001-5 000 350 5 001-8 000 450 8 001-15 000 550 15 001-45 000 37 SEK / ton 45 001-50 000 59 SEK / ton > 50,001 73 SEK / ton Local Annual Landing Card From the 1 st January 2012 Jönköping Airport will provide local annual landing cards for lighter aircraft. From the same date Jönköping Airport will not be a part of Swedavia landing card system. Aircraft parking is included in the annual landing card subject to availability. The annual landing card is valid for Swedish and foreign registered aircraft and can t be applied on commercial flights. The prices for the annual landing cards: MTOW Price in SEK Annual landing card <1.000 1.800 Annual landing card >1.000-2.000 2.500 There will be no exceptions for ultra light aircraft. The official pricelist will be applied or annual landing card. 3
Passenger Charge Passenger charges are payable for all departing passengers to national and international destinations except Taxi Flights, private flights and children under the age of 2. Per Departing Passenger 52 SEK Charges outside of opening hours The following additional charges outside of opening hours are valid for landing and take off in direct connection to standard opening hours. Other Charges Parking Charges A parking charge is payable for aircraft parked on stands at JKG. The charge is payable per hour or part thereof for parking in excess of 4hours. The parking charge is payable per 1,000 kg of aircraft MTOW or part thereof. Parking fees Price per tonne per 24 hour period 16 SEK x tonne /24 H Less than 4 hours is included in the take off fee A minimum payment of 160 SEK is chargeable. The rental of a parking space can be agreed for periods of more than 1 month and is payable monthly in advance. The specific location of a parking space cannot be guaranteed and JKG may ask for aircrafts to be moved from time to time from the allocated position. De-Icing charges De-Icing is quoted per aircraft. Ramp- and Passenger Handling charges Ramp- and passenger handling charges are quoted per aircraft depending on the Standard Ground Handling Agreement 2008 and services required. Passenger handling charges are quoted per aircraft depending on the Standard Ground Handling Agreement 2008 and services required. Check-in desks Check in desks can be rented per turnaround or for longer periods. The airport will provide a quotation depending on your requirements. Other additional ad hoc services may be required from time to time. The airport will provide a quotation for other non published services. 5
Note The charges listed above do not cover charges for assistance rendered during the parking procedure (including anchorage), or during the departure of the aircraft. Other charges are subject to quotation. The way in which JKG provides these services and others as well as establishing the fees for these services will be determined by the Jönköping Airport AB. Reductions, Restrictions and Exemptions Reductions The take off charge indicated above is reduced in the following circumstances: (a) By 40% for technical refuelling stops by an aircraft with an MTOW exceeding 5,700kg on international flights provided that all passengers remain on board the aircraft during the stay, that no passengers embark or disembark and that no cargo or baggage is loaded or unloaded (b) By 50% for Military and Police flights It is a condition for the reductions in a) that a separate notice is given to Air Traffic Control and that the flight does not obstruct other traffic. Exemptions Exemptions from paying the take off charges apply to: (i) (ii) (iii) Test flights ordered by the Civil Aviation Authority to establish the airworthiness of an aircraft (does not include test period) Operating flights on behalf of ambulance (HOSP), search and rescue flights authorised by a competent SAR body or flights operating on a humanitarian mission financed by SIDA, the International Red Cross or similar organisations. These flights are also exempted from parking charges Technical returns to the airport of departure defined as forced returns to the airport from which the take off has occurred due to technical difficulties, the weather or the like It is a condition for the above exemptions that a separate notice is given to Jönköping Air Traffic Control and that the flight does not obstruct other traffic. Exemptions from paying the passenger charges apply to: (iv) (v) Passengers in the category of private flights The transfer of crew members on their own carrier in connection with active duty (vi) Passengers arriving at the airport by commercial flight and continuing according to schedule on the same flight (transit) as from the airport of arrival and without departing the airport 8
Restrictions The Take off charge will not be reduced or refunded when use of the airport is restricted due to flight safety conditions. 9
Payment of the Charges and Payment Obligations The aircraft owner, user and/or person acting as the representative of the owner of the aircraft are jointly and severally liable for payment of the charges in this price list. All rates are in SEK and are exclusive of any taxes or levies payable thereon. The total amount shall be rounded off to the next full SEK. Value added tax shall be paid according to the applicable law. All charges prescribed according to these charges are due for immediate payment to Jönköping Airport AB. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the owner, pilot or representative of the aircraft shall report to the Airport Office immediately before take off or immediately after landing at the airport. Agreement can be made concerning periodic invoicing, provided the owner or user of an aircraft operates on a regular basis or has higher volumes of traffic. Payment terms may not exceed 30 days. Upon request, the airline is obliged to make all the necessary information available to JKG for credit rating purposes. All information received will be treated confidentially. If JKG considers the outcome of such credit rating to be unsatisfactory, the airport may request a first class on demand bank guarantee for a suitable amount from the airline in order to grant the airline periodic settlement of account. In the event of failure to settle the charges due, the following provisions shall furthermore apply: - Late payment will result in interest of overdue payments of 15% - In the event of failure to pay, JKG may inform the airline that it will not be allowed to operate from JKG until all charges plus interest and service fees have been paid in full - In the event of failure to pay, JKG is entitled by law to take legal action against the aircraft including but not limited to attachment of the aircraft itself, its fuel and engines irrespective of who may be from time to time the owner of such assets and JKG will, without incurring any liability from the owner of the aircraft, the holder and user thereof and any person acting as the representative of the owner, the holder or user thereof be entitled to prevent the aircraft from departing from JKG until all charges have been paid in full - Immediately after failure to pay, JKG may demand a Banker s guarantee for the amount due and for expected charges for the following three months - After failure to pay JKG may change its agreed payment terms concerning periodic invoicing and revert to immediate payments for future take offs from the airport 10
Changes to the price list The JKG List is valid as of 1 st January 2014 until the Price List is revised by Jönköping Airport in which case such revision will be disclosed on the web page of Jönköping Airport (www.jonkopingairport.se). Note JKG is not liable for any theft or damage caused by fire, water or any other cause with respect to the aircraft, its equipment, crew, passengers, cargo etc during the aircrafts stay at JKG inside as well as outside the hangars. JKG has the authority to determine charges for special services at the airport. JKG will publish its principles regarding discounts on the Airport Charges for the start up of new routes. Should unclear situations arise from the Price List, Jönköping Airport reserves the right to update the terms and conditions in order to ensure that the overall purpose of the price list can be achieved. Any disputes arising out of or related to these charges regulations including the interpretation, validity and payment of charges due, shall be governed by Swedish Law and be brought before the Courts of Sweden, with the district court of Jönköping being the court of first instance.
