This year, each committee member will be invited to join 1 Bacchus Bash Sub-Committee, and to donate a minimum of 1 bottle of wine for wine baskets and 1 item for the Silent Auction or Raffle. The committee is only scheduled to meet 4 times, during the months of January, February, and March. Page 13 of 17 GRAND OPENING On Thursday, November 3 Loews Sapphire Falls Resort held their "Official" Grand Opening Celebration. Now hosting 1,000 rooms, Sapphire Falls is the fifth Hotel on the Universal Orlando Campus. Additionally, on Monday, November 7 Universal Orlando announced that a new hotel, Universal's Aventura Hotel, will open Summer of 2018.
