Welcome to Blue Sky Mountain Adventures Our 3,500 acre property offers guests multiple western-inspired mountain adventures to choose from. CANYON and CREEK RIDE 8 guests maximum. 3.5 hours This will not be your typical trail ride. For our guests at Blue Sky, we hope to briefly communicate the beauty of the Vaquero style of horsemanship and our respect and love for the horse. Ride through the mountains and cross creeks on the way to Tavern Blue Sky where our Chef has prepared a 3-course meal in an open mountain meadow. Dinner rides are available upon request. Minimum age of 12 years old. $350/guest. SPORTING CLAYS 12 guests maximum. 2 hours Blue Sky Shooting is unlike anything else in Utah, a true outdoor sportsman s experience. Our world class sporting clays course features 18 shooting stations located in a spectacular mountain setting. All guns, safety equipment, ammo, clays, and your own private shooting instructor are provided. $350/guest. FLY FISHING Match the hatch on the premier blue ribbon Provo River, or fish a private stretch of the Weber River and stocked ponds. All trips are guided and transportation is included if desired. Please inquire about pricing and reservations. HIKE and YOGA 6 guests maximum. 4 hours In this private wonderland of peace you will be led on a four-hour, all-inclusive break from civilization. After an hour of hiking with breathtaking views, surrounded by wildlife, you will arrive at Tavern Blue Sky. Built at the turn of the 19th century, this authentic structure is perched in a beautiful high mountain meadow, creating the perfect setting for mountain air yoga. Having earned your calories, a contemporary gourmet lunch is served by Blue Sky s private chef. $225/guest with lunch. $150/guest without lunch. VERTICAL VINYASA 6 guests maximum. 4 hours Wander Blue Sky s trails through mountains, meadows, creek beds, and forests. When the magical sight of colorful yoga silks hanging from the old growth trees appears, you will have made it to your destination; the Grove of Ganesh. Yoga rooted in the Earth but hovering just above it is the next adventure. Elevate your practice, literally, during Vertical Vinyasa, then be pampered by Blue Sky s private chef who has prepared a gourmet meal. We offer a gorgeous setting while combining a rustic feel with an elegant affair into a memorable experience among 3,500 acres. Blue Sky is amidst flora, fauna, wildlife and beautiful views, all while a few short minutes from Park City, Utah. We offer three beautiful private event spaces our 8,000 square foot picturesque Arena, breathtaking Terrace and the historic 1800 s Tavern Blue Sky. Special requests are easily accommodated. THE ARENA at BLUE SKY Reception 250 Standing 300 The Arena at Blue Sky will turn every event into a unique experience and is the perfect setting for that very special day or a gathering space for a meeting and dinner with your guests. The Arena is 8,000 square feet of flexible space and is the largest venue at Blue Sky. Let our professional event staff help you customize your event. We offer a full catering kitchen, rustic interior floor and walls from reclaimed wood, hand crafted tables and chairs, all while surrounded by mountain views and of course, blue skies. THE TERRACE at BLUE SKY Reception 100 Standing 225 The Terrace is a breathtaking backdrop for your corporate lunch, private dinner or wedding ceremony featuring an outdoor grill, gas fire pit, large patio space and stunning views of the Uinta and Wasatch Mountain ranges. PRIVATE DINING at BLUE SKY Perfect for all occasions, Blue Sky creates a uniquely exclusive culinary experience. Our inhouse private chef and expert staff will customize a menu, beautifully prepared with seasonal and local fare for a memorable dining experience. FACILITIES and FEES The Arena at Blue Sky Space can accommodate up to 300 guests seated reception style. Includes use of The Terrace. Service fee, sales tax & gratuity are included in the venue fee. All Inclusive $15,000.00 Base $13,500.00 All Inclusive Fee includes: Whitewash custom made farm style table 35 count. For indoor use only. Whitewash cross back wooden chair 250 count. For indoor use only. Lounge furniture and handcrafted bar The Terrace at Blue Sky Space can accommodate up to 100 guests. Service fee, sales tax & gratuity are included in the venue fee. Base $5,500.00 An event planner is mandatory for all events at Blue Sky. Set up begins at 1:00 PM the day prior to the event. All items brought in by the client need to be fully removed no later than 10:00 AM the following day.
