JAYCO CONSTRUCTION 7 QUICK & EASY SETUP With the Jayco Camper Trailer, you and your family can turn your light, low and easy to tow Camper Trailer into a luxurious, spacious home away from home in six easy steps. 1 3 Unlatch the roof clips at each corner. Wind up the roof section using the fully enclosed wind up system. Once the roof is fully raised, slide both bed ends out. This is an easy process due to the built in rollers and nylon slides. THE JAYCO QUAD-LAYER MAXIFRAME Our Camper Trailers are built with the Jayco Maxiframe. Drop down the split door, which is easily stowed on the roof during travelling. Connect top section of door to the bottom. Then it s as simple as inserting the internal bed poles by hinging up the end frame and sliding the top pole into place. ENDURANCE CHASSIS A Camper Trailer is only as strong as the base on which it s built, so we build our Endurance Chassis to last like no other. Lightweight yet super strong, it s hot dip galvanised for lifelong protection against corrosion, and features PSC member floor support, which better resist bending and compression, while also safeguarding under floor wiring and plumbing.
