Teachers Housing for the Ministry of Education, Malaysia (the Project) Encorp successfully delivered the largest privatisation project for Government (RM1.4 billion contract) using pre-cast building technology. Concession is based on a design, build & finance concept for the development of 10,000 units of teachers housing for the Ministry of Education in Malaysia. Ability to commence construction simultaneously over 109 sites in rural & urban locations throughout Malaysia. Project was completed on time, within budget& to quality specifications. Introduced the innovative pre-cast building technology in the implementation of the Project. Provided structured funding to finance the Project.

Teachers Housing for the Ministry of Education, Malaysia (the Project) Awarded RM1 billion worth of contracts to a large pool of Bumiputra professionals & about 79 Bumiputra Contractors. Utilised locally sourced materials. Secured approval for over 2,500 plans from 46 different local authorities. Training of new Bumiputra entrepreneurs on our Pre-cast Building Technology. ELECTRIFIED DOUBLE TRACK RAIL PROJECT (SEREMBAN-GEMAS) Construction of station buildings and their associated structures at 5 sites Sites were handed over to Encorp in various stages with Senawang being the first site to be handed over for construction in June 2009. To date, out of 5 sites, we have begun work in Senawang, Rembau, Tampin and Gemas with Batang Melakayet to be under possession. Expected to be completed by Q4 2011. ENDAYA CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD Infrastructure Construction & Maintenance Kuching Serian Road Upgrading Project - Awarded the Kuching Serian Road Upgrading Projectby Jabatan Kerja Raya, Sarawak in August 2001 at a contract value of RM167.7 million (USD 54.35million). - Completed on 30 October 2005. - Construction of a dual carriageway from KM24 to KM60 of the Kuching-Serian Road. - The launch of the project was completed by Minister of Works Malaysia, YB Dato Seri S. Samy Vellu on February 20, 2006 at Padawan Sports Complex, Sarawak. Federal Road Maintenance Project - Awarded the Federal Road Maintenance Project by the Government of Malaysia in September 2003 for a period of 15 years. - Involves the maintenance of 290.54 kilometres of the federal roads in the State of Sarawak covering the Divisions of Miri, Limbang, Lawas and Kapit. - The concession carries an estimated contract value of RM181.5 million (USD 58.8million).
