Brand is known as one of the most beautiful valley end of the Eastern Alps where tourism began already at the end of the 19 th century with the ascent of Schesaplana, the highest mountain in the Raethian region. Today, families, sport fans and people looking for rest can find many possibilities to spend their vacations in Brandnertal valley during summer and winter. 400 kilometres of signposted hiking routes, 110 kilometers of mountain bike routes, an 18 hole golf course, 3D archery range, climbing park, animal discovery trail, barefoot trail, fishing, tennis hall and outdoor grounds, riding hall and riding school, the newest and most modern ropeways and behind all that the nice landlords from bed and breakfasts to 4* hotels. Your village. Your Brand. VORARLBERG. AUSTRIA. The popular Vorarlberg tourism venue Brand is a village of about 700 inhabitants and belongs to the Bludenz district. The village was mentioned in documents for the first time in 1347 and in the beginning Brand was part of Bürs, a community at the bottom of the valley. The "Walser valley" developed in the 14th century, when twelve Walser families settled in Brand. This breath-taking valley end is situated at the border to Switzerland. Its five lateral valleys always open a new perspective in every season. The well developed lake valley leads to Lünersee lake at 1.970 m above sea level which can be reached by ropeway and is a starting point for a large hiking and climbing area with many refuges. The ski area is right in front of your door, the golf course in your garden: this is how you have to imagine Brand. Since the middle of the 19 th Century, the village has increasingly been involved in tourism. Since then, much has been invested in this sector, modern mountain railways and ski lifts have been constructed, such as the Palüdbahn railway as the 2 nd railway to the ski area. BRAND COMMUNITY CENTRE This multi-purpose hall was integrated in typical and modern Vorarlberg wood construction in the Romantik Hus (romantic house, from 1890) and the community administration. It has one stage with audio and video equipment and can be used modularly. Thanks to the gallery and the foyer up to 250 persons can be seated in theatre seating. Gallery (50 persons), and foyer (20 persons) can be used as separate working rooms. An ideal place for meetings and seminars or for the village reception. RIDING HALL SPORTHOTEL BECK Want to meet differently? On bales of straw in a riding hall? Even this is possible in Brand. A more authentic meeting is impossible! Situated next to dunghills and horse stable on the creek close to the sports hotel Beck. Suitable for meetings and seminars or for the village reception. WALSERENSEMBLE Situated at the church square of Brand, the old school building (2 rooms à 20 persons) and a typical Walser house (4 rooms à 5-10 persons) were renovated and equipped with modern technology. Your localities. VALLEY. MOUNTAIN. TENNIS HALL. MOUNTAIN RESTAURANT «FRÖÖD» With Brand s village cable car and the the Panorama cable car you reach 1.680 m whitin 15 minutes. The Frööd lies directly at the inatura adventure trail, was opened in 2014 and accommodates 150 people inside and another 250 on the terrace which offers a breathtaking view. MOUNTAIN RESTAURANT «GOONA» 2014 the Mountain Restaurant Goona was opened at one of the most beautiful spaces in the Brandnertal. Up to 300 people can fit inside and 200 more on the terrace (with a marquee). It is a great place for larger groups to enjoy an unforgettable mountain-experience. TENNISHALL BRAND On the hillside, just below the Scesaplana hotel, there is a free area of 1.188 m 2, ideal for meetings and congresses (700 persons), gala events (500 persons) and product presentations. The room height is about 8 m in the center and 4 m at the short ends. On the tennis surface a carpet will be laid on. There is a Y-column in the centre and a panorama window front of 20 m. In the summer there is a great outdoor area next to Alvierbach which can be used (for coffee breaks). Toilet facilities must be rented depending on the size of the event. rent a village by xnet 7

Your idea. Your contact. Your steps to a successful rent a village by xnet event.. The first rent a village by xnet event took place in Brand in 1996! The spontaneous idea "We give you a village!" was the right idea for I.F.A.L.P.A. to invite flight controllers, cabin crew staff and pilots from 52 countries to a ski meeting. The success of the event and the positive feedback encouraged us to go on and this way an extraordinary event format was created out of a sponateous idea and moment. The personal commitment of many inhabitants was the key to success for this first and many subsequent events. Since then a lot has happened. Brand has become a leading venue in Vorarlberg in the summer as well as in the winter season thanks to substantial investments in railways, hotels and leisure infrastructure. Modern lifts with 55 snow-covert skiing slope kilometres, an 18-hole golf course, a tennis academy, 4 indoor and 10 outdoor courts, a riding hall and academy, the bathing pond, a 3D arcery course, fly fishing, a high rope course, the Lünersee at 1.979 m (see picture above) and a community centre offer a variety and great opportunities for companies to work in a stimulating environment and hold meetings.
