Bassett and Partners Pty Ltd AECOM Australia Pty Ltd and AECOM New Zealand Limited are used for all new transactions EDAW AECOM EDAW AECOM starts transitioning to AECOM while continuing to trade as EDAW AECOM in the market (in joint bids and other activities we will present as AECOM) Clients managed separately Collaboration on engaging key clients Low client awareness of the AECOM name Building our clients understanding of AECOM and the benefits of being a part of One Company One AECOM Page 3

This guide provides talking points to assist conversations with clients and other stakeholders about our move to AECOM. Before contacting clients refer to the marketing homepage for guidance. Feel free to use your own words to help convey the following messages. Explain operational integration and new branding. As of May 4, Maunsell AECOM, Bassett and ENSR Australia have adopted the AECOM name. At the same time, AECOM s EDAW business will start transitioning to the AECOM name. These moves are part of AECOM s integration of its brands, business lines and regions globally that will see other AECOM businesses, including Faber Maunsell, Cansult Maunsell and Maunsell AECOM HK/China, coming together as One Company One AECOM. Shifting to AECOM means Maunsell AECOM, Bassett and ENSR Australia go to market names will cease to exist from May 4. About AECOM. AECOM is a Fortune 500 company with over 43,000 people located in over 100 countries. We are designers, engineers, planners, economists, scientists and project managers working together to create a better world in which to work and live. AECOM creates and delivers the world s most influential infrastructure. People and teams determined to deliver outstanding results for clients (e.g. award winning alliance thinking). Outline the benefits. One AECOM team able to bring your project to life, reliably and efficiently anywhere in the world. The move to one AECOM allows us to mobilise worldwide capacity and expertise to support major regional infrastructure projects. Page 4

Integrated service delivery teams that make it easy to deliver projects from concept to completion. People with global experiences and perspectives bringing the latest thinking (ideas, insights and experience) to solving your challenges. Easier access to a broader range of skills and expertise within Australia, New Zealand and beyond. Explain what will stay the same (service reassurance). Our priority, as always, is helping you succeed by continuing to work closely with you and delivering on our promises. You will still have the same people working with you the same people who thrive on working on the world s most demanding infrastructure and providing smarter and more efficient answers to clients challenges locally. Our ownership, management and decision making processes remain the same along with our policies and standards (procurement, etc.). Our project focus will remain the same strong established working relationships and the same people, the same teams. Our personal commitment to helping our clients succeed. Make it personal. Express your enthusiasm for moving to the AECOM name. Find 1-2 areas where there will be additional opportunities or resources for the client. Explain change in legal entity names for Maunsell AECOM and Bassett. To reflect our new AECOM name we have: -- changed the name of our legal entity in Australia to AECOM Australia Pty Ltd -- changed the name of our legal entity in New Zealand to AECOM New Zealand Limited. These changes mean: -- from today we cease using W.E. Bassett and Partners Pty Ltd for all new transactions -- all new transactions in Australia and New Zealand will use AECOM Australia Pty Ltd or AECOM New Zealand Limited. These changes to our legal entity names will not impact the service or terms of existing contracts. Going forward, new transactions will be signed using the appropriate new legal entity names and invoicing details will change. Ask if they have any questions. I am available to chat if you have any questions. Page 5
