FROM: The President May 30,2012 Per Capita Income Guidelines for Operational Purposes The per Gross National Income (GNI) guidelines covering the Civil Works Preference, IDA Eligibility, IBRD Terms and the initiation of IBRD graduation process are updated every year, based on the annual rate of change of the SDR-deflator [see President's Memorandum to the Executive Directors dated September 27, 1983 (SecM83-924)]. These estimated ranges, while useful to place the countries in specific operational categories, are shown as "NA" (not available) in Attachment 1. Attachment 2 shows rates of per gross domestic product (GDP) in constant prices for.
