Welcome The Service Management Forum New Zealand (itsmfnz) are pleased to invite you to support and participate in the 2017 itsmfnz Conference & Exhibition to be held in Wellington between the 12th and 14th June 2017. As you may already know, the itsmfnz Conference is New Zealand s only IT Service Management conference, where IT Service Management Professionals gather to share and discuss how we manage and deliver better services to our customers. itsmfnz is the local chapter of a global community of Service Management Professionals with branches in the major centres of New Zealand. The organisation is a forum and operates on the contribution and experience of its members. It has representation across all major business sectors and levels of IT organisations. The itsmfnz Conference & Exhibition 2017 will explore and highlight what IT groups, technology partners and leaders are doing now and in the future to help overcome unexpected hurdles. As a sponsor of the conference, you will have the opportunity to exhibit and share your views on the challenges IT Professionals face in providing excellent IT services and show what your company can provide to support successful outcomes. The itsmfnz Conference & Exhibition 2017 will be held in Wellington at The Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, Wellington between 12th and 14th June 2017. Sponsorship Packages Platinum Sponsorship This is our premier sponsorship option. It is designed to offer excellent exposure before, during and after the conference. Excellent brand exposure, a double sized exhibition booth in a prime location, an opportunity to speak on the programme with a client case study, and Gala Dinner sponsorship all combine to create a fantastic opportunity to really stand out from the crowd. Gold Sponsorship The next level of sponsorship is our Gold package. The package is still designed to offer a high level of exposure and value for sponsors. Gold sponsors also get the opportunity to present a case study with a client. Silver Sponsorship The Silver sponsorship package does not provide the opportunity to speak at the event but still offers great value to sponsors through a higher level of exposure than the Bronze package and the inclusion of conference passes for customers or contacts. Bronze Sponsorship The Bronze package is our basic trade display option and offers access to the conference and an exhibition booth. Exhibitors receive most of their exposure at the conference itself, promoting their product or service from their exhibition booth. Tabletop Sponsorship Trialled last year, it was found that this level of sponsorship allowed new or smaller Exhibitors the opportunity to attend. We are continuing to offer it in 2017. This sponsorship level means the Exhibitor will not have access to a booth, however the Exhibitor will have access to a table and can bring along a banner. Welcome Reception The Welcome Reception is the first networking event of the conference, and an opportunity to make the first impression with the delegates while enjoying cocktails and canapés. The exhibition floor plan has been designed to ensure good visibility, access to all stands and maximum foot traffic. Catering will be served, at strategic points, throughout the exhibition area.
