Puram, Hobli, Whitefield, Bangalore District, Karnataka State, constituted under Section 13 of Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, was held on 18.02.2015 at 11.30 a.m. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Safeena A.N. Capgemini Business Services India Private Limited., M/s.Capgemini Business Services India Private Limited, requested for an increase in area of 54,210.18 Sq. feet situated on 8 th Floor in Building 4, SEZ in Republic of Whitefield (Divyasree Techno park), Bangalore, Karnataka. The NFE on account of this proposed expansion comes to Rs. 53,470 lakh against the existing projection of Rs.36,200 lakh. Decision of the Committee: The Committee approved the request of M/s. Capgemini Business Services India Private Limited, for increase in the area at SEZ in Republic of Whitefield (Divyasree Techno Park), Bangalore, Karnataka. 2. b) M/s Accenture Services Private Limited M/s.Accenture Services Private Limited., requested for an extend their current area of 47,000 Sq. ft in incubation facility located at Divysree Technopark SEZ, Ground Floor, Kundalahalli Village, K.R. Puram Hobli, Bangalore East Taluk, Whitefield 560 066. The unit has informed that they are withdrawing the proposal. ANNEXURE- 2 2. Approval for procurement of diesel for captive consumption a) M/s. Shymaraju & Company (India) Private Limited., Developer. M/s. Shymaraju & Company (India) Private Limited., Developer of Divyasree Technopark SEZ vide letter dated 25.03.2015 have sought approval for procurement of 100KL of Diesel per quarter for captive consumption. M/s. Shymaraju & Company (India) Limited had given approval for 100 KL of diesel per quarter for captive consumption for a period of 6 months vide our letter dated 16.10.2015. Approval for procurement of diesel is being granted to the Developer since 20.10.2011 depending upon the requirement. The request of the unit is placed at Annexure B. 10
