Total wellness package cost for 6 nights: US$32,730* per-person or US$51,030* per-two for stay at Hill Casita at Amanera and Pavilion at Amanyara. The Wellness Specialists ADAM KENWORTHY Adam s passion and appreciation for cooking arose from his love for extreme sports. Having participated in many tests of physical and mental endurance he quickly realized the impact a healthy and well balanced diet played on his overall performance. Adam began to study various aspects of plant based diets, holistic remedies, and culinary techniques from around the world. In addition to his passion for sports and a healthy lifestyle Adam has a unique ability to understand his clients varied and specific needs. After winning the hit TV series, Chopped, Adam has amassed a large social media following through his creative "how-to" cooking and healthy lifestyle videos. Adam is also passionate about philanthropy. Upon graduating from Colorado State University he set out on a solo self supported bike ride. The route went from Washington state to Maine and covered 4,000 miles across the U.S. Though this bike ride, Adam was able to raise money for an organization that takes inner city at risk youth on backpacking and camping trips. The outdoors is something Adam believes can have a very significant and positive impact on youth. Adam was also involved in starting a farm in Nicaragua to serve and educate the local community on sustainable farming. He is currently based in New York City, where he works with private clients aswell as restaurant groups dedicated to healthy plant based cuisine. Mike Aurigemma As a dedicated chef, Mike s passion for food, cooking, and delivering an unforgettable experience has become the driving force to his success in the culinary industry. Mike has been known for his commitment to quality and precision over the past 20 years where he has worked at all levels of the restaurant and food and beverage industry. He understands that strict attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation is critical to proper execution. Mike merges nutrition with creative thinking to deliver a one of a kind culinary experience for his guests. Mike s vast work history includes preparing food at various Michelin starred restaurants and more recently Q Haute cuisine as owner/chef for over a decade. He recently expanded his knowledge in plant-based cuisine by staging at Plant Food and Wine in Venice, CA, where he also completed the chef-training program at PLANTLAB Academy. Shannon Bronson Director of Wellness With a strong background in holistic wellness and nutrition, Shannon brings her vast knowledge of alternative healing modalities and entrepreneurial endeavors to the PLANTLAB team. She holds a degree in Psychology and certifications in health coaching, reiki, colon hydrotherapy, and herbal medicine. Upon completion of her studies, she opened her first business in NYC dedicated to whole body detox, conscious healing, and personal development. Shannon has owned a range of businesses including a wellness clinic on Long Island, a health coaching practice in NYC and a rebounding fitness studio in Los Angeles. Embodying a nomadic lifestyle, Shannon is active in creating high-end transformation and wellness experiences worldwide that are centered around movement, plant-based cuisine, mindfulness and adventure.
