GENERAL AGREEMENT ON TARIFS AND TRADE RESTRICTED COM.AD/52 3 September 1979 Special Distribution Committee on Anti-Dumping Practices Original: English/ French REPORTS (1979) ON THE ADMINISTRATION OF ANTI-DUMPING LAWS AND REGULATIONS 1. Under Article 16 of the Agreement on the Implementation of Article VI of GATT, each party to the Agreement shall report annually on the administration of its anti-dumping laws and regulations, giving summaries of the cases in which anti-dumping duties have been assessed definitively. 2. At its meeting in September 1969, the Committee agreed on a standard form for reports under Article 16 of the Agreement on the Implementation of Article VI (COM.AD/9, paragraphs 51-54). 3. At its meeting on 30 September-4 October 1974, the Committee agreed that in future the secretariat would invite, during the month of June, members of the Committee to submit reports in accordance with Article 16 of the Agreement by the end of July (COM.AD/34, page 1). 4. Following the invitation by the secretariat (GATT/AIR/UNNUMBERED of 22 June 1979), the following parties to the Aggreement have submitted reports covering the period 1 July 1978-30 June 1979: Australia Austria Czechoslovakia European Communities 5.
