From San Antonio: From Loop 410 in San Antonio, go north on Bandera Hwy. (State Hwy. 16). Go through Helotes 10.7 miles to the Park Road 37 intersection. Turn left and go 11 miles to the next Thousand Trails sign. Turn right onto the street before the sign. From Kerrville: From I-10, turn south onto State Hwy. 16 for about 1/4-mile. Turn left on Loop 534 and go to FM 173. Turn left on FM 173 and drive 24 miles to Bandera. Turn left on Main Street in Bandera and go to State Hwy. 16 south.
