1 Welcome Message Dear participants, After the seven first successful editions, we face in 2015 the 8 th edition of the WKF Youth Camp and World Cup. This year we continue with the children categories, and the WKF Youth Cup will take place in parallel, for the second straight time in the city of Umag, in Istria, Croatia, where the participants, after a rather 2014 successful edition, are going to find the ideal conditions to fulfil the objective of the Camp; what it is like to train with top world champions in a friendly and cosmopolitan atmosphere whilst getting in touch for a whole week with the state of the art sport of Karate. Umag can be easily reached by road from many places in Central Europe and not only, which assures this 8 th edition to be a again complete success. Finally, I would like to thank the Croatian Karate Federation and the local authorities for their help and support and I am looking forward to welcoming you all personally. Info on participating ages at the Camp -Participating ages:10,11,12,13,14,15,16 and 17 years old -Participants to the Camp must be born between 1st July 1997 and 1st July 2005. -Younger and/or older participants will not be allowed 5. Registrations Details -Registration to the Youth Training Camp / Karate 1 Youth World Cup can be done directly by the participants through the online registration system, without the need of specific involvement of their National Federation at https://www.sportdata.org/wkf/setonline/veranstaltung_info_main.php?active_me nu=calendar&vernr=32#a_eventhead However, if there is any discrepancy with the National Federation, it is the NF all NFs can access on real time registrations for an event - should communicate to Sportdata and the WKF HQ straight away any incidence. This should be done latest four days before the first day of competition, this is 3 days after closure of registration, so that a smooth running of the registration process and the event itself can be ensured and the necessary steps can be taken.

-Deadline of On-Line registration: 15 days before the Youth Training Camp and Cup. After that deadline (15th June 2015.) On-Line Registration will close and a penalty of 60CHF to all further registrations may be applied according to the WKF Rules. -Registration fees The young participants will pay 70 during the official registration (HQ Hotel Sol Garden Istra, Monday 29th June 2015. from 12:00 18:00) as participation fees for the 8th WKF Youth Training Camp. It is an obligatory for all the participants, their accompanying persons and trainers to stay at the official hotel. Otherwise, the participation fees for all activities of the Training Camp will be 110. -Participation to the WKF Kids Competition & Karate 1 WKF Youth Cup will be free of charge (meaning that there are no entry fees) for the participants of the 8th WKF Youth training Camp. -For all others /only competitors for KARATE 1 WKF Youth Cup/ entry fees for competition is 40 and must be paid during the official Registration in: HQ Hotel Sol Garden Istra, Thursday 02nd July 2015 from 12:00 16:00.
