Thanks to the indigenous fauna, the Payoya Goat and Merino Sheep from Grazalema make this activity possible preserving traditional recipes from our ancestors. In addition, they run a workshop where you can follow the same method to make cheese with recyclable material according to environmental criteria. In fact, most of the farming work is carried out by using draught animals and traditional farming implements. According to the time of the year, the activity can involve cutting bunches of grapes, grape harvesting or pruning followed by a tasting of 2 or three glasses of different wines accompanied with tapas from the area. In addition, as an extra option, visitors can blend their own wine and take it home as their own production and labelling.

The cycling route starts from Olvera and takes us through places of cultural and natural interest such as the Peñón de Zaframagón Natural Reserve (home to the largest colony of Griffon vultures in Andalusia) and next to the Chaparro de la Vega (13 metre-high Holm oak proclaimed Andalusia s Natural Monument in 2001).
