Description Welcome to Le Moulin du Buret, our stunning converted 18th century Millhouse, nestled in extensive unspoilt woodland and surrounded by gentle winding rivers, pretty meadows and beautiful landscaped gardens. A warm sunny courtyard offers the perfect setting for morning coffee, lunchtime aperitif or evening BBQ. There are mature fruit trees and extensive lawns with both sunny and shaded areas. Complete privacy in an idyllic rural setting. Le Moulin has 10 acres of meadows and woodland. Enjoy the magnificent views and soothing sounds of the river with abundant wildlife, flora and fauna. There are clumps of white lilies along the mill stream walk, and colourful shrubs in the courtyard and gardens. We have regular visits from kingfishers, herons and occasional sightings of deer, foxes, hares and otters. There are several minor country lanes near the property which meander between the cornfields, ideal for long gentle walks. Le Moulin has oil fired central heating, log fires and a cosy snug. Fitted out to a high standard, there is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. There are two TVs, DVD players and WiFi and in our snug room is a large collection of books, DVDs and games. A newly refurbished outbuilding has a Pool / Snooker table, football and darts. The Mill House is ideal for pets with responsible owners. The property has its own car park.

The water in the millpond flows gently past the house beyond the courtyard. Whether you want sun or shade there are many lovely places to sit around the grounds and for children and pets to play safely. If you like peace and tranquility you will love this place. The property is secluded yet only a few minutes away from a lively village with many amenities. Approx. 45 minutes from St Malo and 30 mins from Dinan.
