Planning and Feasibility The Site extends to approximately 0.19 ha, and is located just inside Area 3 of the Marlow Conservation Area, which has been described in the conservation area character study as primarily residential and is located to the east of the town centre core. Residential dwellings are located to the south and west of the site, with Cromwell Gardens forming the southern boundary. Liston House is a stand-alone building with access gained from Cromwell Gardens. The building comprises 2 storeys. There are no listed buildings or buildings of local importance on the Site itself.
