The sports club ATUS Graz is pleased to be the host of the 1st ERSO Show Contest, which is held on November 29th 2014 in the city of Graz. The Host City: Graz The Event Venue: Orpheum Graz The Orpheum Graz is a small theatre in the city centre, built in the 1950 s. Today it is used for cabarets, small concerts and other musical events. Graz, with approximately 300.000 inhabitants Austria s second biggest city, is the capital of the region Styria. It is famous for pumpkin products (like seeds, oil, soups, etc.) and wine (mainly white wine and a special wine called Schilcher ). The city is a world cultural heritage centre, being hardly touched during the wars of the 19th and 20th century. In 2003 Graz was the cultural capital of Europe. Travelling to Graz The airport Graz Thalerhof is located 10 km from the city centre and offers connections to Star Alliance hubs (Frankfurt, Munich, Düsseldorf, Vienna) and Air Berlin hubs (Berlin, Palma de Mallorca) Guests will be met at the airport and accompanied by train to the city centre. The train station is in walking distance (500 m) of the airport. Guests arriving at the main train station will be welcomed there. The main hall with a stage of 9,5 m depth x 9,3 m width, seats around 600 spectators. The warming up area will be located in the second hall. For easier transport in and around Graz, bus/tramway tickets will be given to all of our guests.
The Hotel: A&O Hotel/Hostel Graz Our guests will be staying in the A&O Hotel/Hostel Graz, which is located in walking distance from the main train station and also the Orpheum Theatre. The rooms are mainly 4-bed and 6-bed rooms with en suite toilet and shower. In addition, the hotel offers many socializing areas. The Show Contest: The facts Up to 5 teams per country can compete One team consists of 4 to 6 skippers The skippers should be born in 2002 or before Maximum of 4 minutes per show Two types of judging (see ERSO Show Contest Rules) Friday, November 28th Arrival day The Event Schedule Saturday, November 29th Morning Practice time on stage Afternoon Show Contest Evening/Night Dinner and Socializing Sunday, November 30th 09:00-15:00 High Level Workshop Afternoon Departure The detailed schedule follows after final registration. All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be served in the dining room of the hotel. The high level workshop on Sunday will take place in the ASKÖ sports hall, which can be reached by tramway or by foot.

Payment information Deposit of 90 /person due by August 15th. Cancellation Policy 100 % before August 27th 50 % before September 27th 25% before October 27th No refunds will be given after October 27th Insurance Policy Coaches/heads of delegations will be fully responsible for their teams during the entire stay in Austria. ATUS Graz will not provide insurance for the competitors and all other participants. The insurance is under the responsibility of each and every person.
