FINANCE REFUNDS: Travel Gallery, Inc. will be under no obligation to make any refunds if: Clients amend their itineraries after departure. Clients do not utilize all services and arrangements or part thereof during the tour. Circumstances necessitate alternative arrangements made to ensure the safety and/or further participation and enjoyment of the Tour Program. Voluntary cancellations due to political instability, acts of terrorism, government intervention or US State Department warning will be subject to the above fees, provided the program is deemed able to continue. Should the operator elect to cancel this tour for any of these reasons, every effort will be made to obtain refunds from suppliers (e.g. airlines, hotels, cruises), however we cannot provide guarantees on their behalf. AIRLINES: Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. Travel Gallery, Inc. or their suppliers are not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets not issued by Travel Gallery or their suppliers due to schedule and/or flight changes. Please note that airline security requires all passengers to check in at the airport three hours prior to departure. AIRFARE: On the international airfare the taxes and fuel surcharges are not guaranteed on group or individual fares until ticketed. It has always been the practice that taxes on air tickets were subject to change until ticketing. Taxes change infrequently. A new twist instituted in recent years has been the inclusion of the fuel surcharge into the tax total. This means that the typical fuel surcharge of $150-400 each direction may be changed up until ticketing just like the taxes. While the fuel surcharge has stayed constant for a few months now, the potential for a change is still a reality both for group and individual fares. If you are NOT utilizing the group air provided with the program, you will be responsible for all change fees, cancellation fees, mileage ticket change fees, mileage re-deposit fees or expenses of any kind should there be any changes to the dates or arrangements in the tour/cruise itinerary for any reason. These fees may be covered by insurance--a call to them would clarify available coverage. DO NOT MAKE THESE ALTERNATE AIR ARRANGEMENTS UNTIL THE TOUR HAS REACHED THE OPERATING MINIMUM. Operating minimum is 30. AIRLINE SEAT ASSIGNMENTS: These will be made as a group block as determined by the airline. Those passengers requiring special assistance must notify us at the time of deposit. AIRLINE LUGGAGE: All exchange/tour packages allow one piece of luggage per person and one carry-on bag. These conditions maybe amended by the airlines at anytime. Excess or oversized luggage may be subject to additional charges by airlines and payable by the individual tour member. Carry-on baggage may be limited per rules of the air carrier. You will be advised of applicable limits prior to the trip. AIRLINE FREQUENT FLIER MILEAGE: Sometimes the group airline fares allow for the accrual of frequent flier mileage programs directly with the carrier flown or on a participating carrier. Travel Gallery, Inc. will inform the group leaders if the fare allows for such mileage accrual. It is then the responsibility of the individual traveler to follow program rules for earning mileage and tracking accrual. We suggest the individual traveler contact the carrier SMCC Classic Scotland 2018 Page " 4 of " 9

once tickets are issued to add the frequent flier number, saving all boarding passes and passenger receipts. If documentation is requested after travel for lost passenger receipts Travel Gallery, Inc. will charge a processing fee. COACH CHARTERS: The group will have use of charter coaches with air conditioning for the program as listed. (Use of the coach will not be exclusive if the required tour participation 40 passengers is not met.) Tour is part of pre arranged Scotland tour operated by our ground operator. HEALTH CONSIDERATION, CURRENTLY UNDER A DOCTOR S CARE OR THOSE WITH A DISABILITIES: THIS PROGRAM INVOLVES CONSIDERABLE WALKING, AND PERSONS SHOULD BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION this means capable of boarding a motorcoach many times each day and able to walk at a normal pace approximately 2-3 miles per day. Tour participants currently under a doctor s care or those with a disability are requested to notify us in writing at the time of deposit concerning all conditions such as (but not limited to) pregnancy, food allergies, chronic pain, nausea, motion sickness, mental illness, claustrophobia, heart conditions, sleep apnea, difficulty with walking, climbing stairs, considering a hip or knee replacement, heavy doses of medication or any condition that would affect full participation in the program. Travelers may be requested to provide a letter from a physician explaining the condition. In the best interest of the group, Travel Gallery, Inc. as you can understand must reserve the right to determine the fitness of participants for a trip of this magnitude and level of difficulty. Additionally, tour participants requiring any special need or form of assistance (whether officially or unofficially a disability) are requested to notify us in writing at the time of deposit. Many ground conditions are not comparable with U.S. standards for accessibility. While these conditions are beyond our control and could severely impact your tour experience, it is our goal to communicate in advance what parts of the program will be impacted by your special need. It may be necessary for individuals with special needs to be accompanied by an individual who is responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers or other tour, hotel, or ship personnel are not able to provide such assistance. Due to space limitations, wheelchairs and walkers cannot be taken aboard motor coaches, but can be stored under the coach, space permitting. In the best interest of the group, Travel Gallery, Inc. as you can understand must reserve the right to determine the fitness of participants for a trip of this magnitude and level of difficulty. If it is determined that your ability to walk and keep up with the group is limited and holding the group back, we reserve the right to offer a separate tour guide to conduct the tour at your pace and this will be at your personal expense. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: All rooms are standard twin-bedded (two single beds) rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Additional charges apply for single rooms. Rooms for 3 rd and 4 th persons are not a standard in Europe. SMCC Classic Scotland 2018 Page " 5 of " 9

The number of single rooms is limited on this tour and are often smaller than a standard room size. The number of persons accommodated does not dictate the room size. Although available at most 4 and 5 star hotels, use of air-conditioning abroad differs greatly from the United States. Many European hotels were built before central air-conditioning was introduced. Air-conditioning is often shut down at night and from the end until the start of the summer months. INFORMATION AND DEADLINES: The processing of information for such a large group takes considerable time. One of the biggest challenges is the submission of details late. Key dates have been laid out for submission of reports to suppliers and government agencies. Late fees will apply. Note the key dates listed in the terms and conditions are for the group submission to the Travel Gallery, Inc. office. INCLUDED: The inclusive land program services include hotel accommodations (priced on a twin/ double occupancy basis, with a supplement for single occupancy which is limited to a set inventory by the hotel), inclusive of service and tax, ground transportation (as outlined) via private air conditioned coach, airport transfers are arranged to match individual arrangements and are billed separately. NOT INCLUDED: Items of personal nature such as laundry, mineral water, beverages and food other than the table d'hote menu. Optional tours and admission fees to other tour sites not mentioned, meals not specifically mentioned in the itinerary, additional transportation not outlined in the itinerary, and other items, e.g. laundry, personal items, and incidentals. Voluntary non-usage of any service is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. INJURY OR LIMITATION: Individuals, who sustain an injury or are obviously limited in ability to participate in the tour, may be excluded from any tour activity by the Travel Gallery, Inc. tour director if he or she deems it necessary for the effectiveness of the overall tour or safety of the individual or group. INSURANCE: Travel Gallery, Inc. and its suppliers cannot be responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of personal luggage and belongings, nor can we be liable for personal injury, accident or illness. With international travel there is a chance of delay. Travel Gallery, Inc. does not cover for trip delays. With changing airlines rules you should plan that the airline does NOT cover or reimburse for travel delays either. Unforeseen service disruptions, such as those caused by weather or worker strikes, are also outside the purview of this agreement. Travel delay is a benefit of travel insurance. In most foreign countries, insurance coverage of personal injury, accident or illness is not available on the basis of U. S. standards. Travel Gallery and its affiliates or employees, cannot under any circumstances, accept liability for the failure of hotels, agencies, or other organizations to provide services reserved for you. Therefore, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. For your convenience Travel Gallery Inc. is offering a group insurance policy for residents of the U.S. Individuals who are not permanent residents of the U.S. will need to by travel insurance issued in their country of residency. SMCC Classic Scotland 2018 Page " 6 of " 9

MEALS ON TOUR: Meals are specified in the itinerary and are based on the hotels or restaurant's buffet or set menu. Voluntary non-usage of meals is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Persons with food allergies or dietary restrictions must notify us at the time of booking and will be advised if the tour can accommodate the request. PASSENGER AGREEMENT: The ground tour operator may require all passengers to complete a Passenger Agreement prior to travel and, by so doing, formally accept ground operator s Travel s Terms & Conditions. Travel documents will not be released without a completed Passenger Agreement. PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. Passports are required. PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: Travel Gallery and Ground operator may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant Travel Gallery and ground operator permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant. SIGHTSEEING & ITINERARY: Times listed in itineraries are approximate and meant only as guidelines. Some itineraries may have early morning start times for sightseeing in order to complete the touring during daylight hours or avoid afternoon heat in tropical and desert climates. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for all scheduled flight and package components. Arriving late may be considered a "no-show", in which case you will not be eligible for refund for the unused service(s). Ground operator imposes mandatory coach seat rotation with no exception. Some buses are equipped with toilet facility, however they are strictly intended for emergency use only. On dates including, but not limited to religious holidays and national celebrations, some monuments and sites may be closed. On these occasions, touring itineraries may be amended to reflect these closures. Occasionally, during holidays and certain periods, and/or due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions there may be last-minute changes, sometimes after arrival, in affecting the sequence of the tour, locations visited and/or hotels. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust the sequence and/or substitute any hotels with others of similar category. In such cases there will be no cost adjustment. National monuments and tourist sites regularly undergo renovations, which can obscure the monument's view. No tour will be canceled due to renovations, however ground operator will decide based on the conditions whether to amend an itinerary. TIPPING: Guide and Driver gratuities are included for tours outlined in itinerary. TOUR GUIDES: English-speaking guides (one per bus) are provided for entire itinerary as listed. TRANSFERS: Transfers are provided as indicated for each tour by car, minibus, or motor coach. If you purchase a land-only tour, or if you deviate from the arrival and/or departure dates as stated in the itinerary, you will have the option to add transfer services to your reservation. Your arrival transfer is guaranteed for up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time in order to compensate SMCC Classic Scotland 2018 Page " 7 of " 9

for minor delays. Tour Company or the transfer company will not be responsible for flight delays, for any reason, beyond one hour from your originally scheduled arrival time. In case of a delay, whether due to flight delay, immigration and customs, or time spent reporting baggage damage or loss, it will be your responsibility to make other transfer arrangements such as a taxi. TRAVELERS WITH DISABILITIES: Tour participants requiring any form of assistance are required to notify us in writing at the time of making their reservation, and must be accompanied by an individual who is responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers or other tour, hotel, ship personnel are not able to provide such assistance. Due to space limitations, wheelchairs and walkers cannot be taken aboard motor coaches. Travel Gallery, Inc. reserves the right to accept or deny all persons participation in the exchange/tour program. VALIDITY: Due to the international components of this trip, all prices are subject to change until final payment. Special Notes: The airline tax and fuel surcharge, visa fees and currency exchanges are not guaranteed until time of ticketing. All package prices provided more than 12 months in advance are subject to final quotation 11 months prior to departure. Itinerary is subject to revision and rerouting at the discretion of Travel Gallery and or land operator to conform to local conditions.
