Injuries, visa problems or sickness are not valid reasons for the cancellation of rooms 14. In case a federation does not send the hotel reservation to the organizers before May 8th 2017, the organizer holds a right to add a 10% surcharge to the expenses (in case of bank transfer and in case of cash payment!).
